"Setiap warga negara Indonesia memiliki hak dan kewajiban, Salah satu hak tersebut yaitu tiap warga negara berhak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang aman, bermutu, serta terjangkau. Sehingga, pemerintah pusat memiliki kewajiban untuk memenuhinya dengan cara melakukan pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap sarana dan tenaga pelayanan kesehatan (Presiden Republik Indonesia, 2009). Pelayanan kesehatan berfungsi untuk mewujudkan derajat kesehatan setinggi-tingginya. Pemerintah pusat mendelegasikan kepada pemerintah daerah dengan membentuk badan berwenang di masing-masing daerah untuk mengurus bidang kesehatan sejak diberlakukannya otonomi daerah di Indonesia. Suku Dinas Kota mempunyai tugas melaksanakan kegiatan pembinaan dan pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, Program Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Kegiatan PKPA ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11-29 Januari 2016 dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran dan fungsi profesi apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan, serta memberikan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker dalam menjalankan tugas tersebut.

Every Indonesian citizen has rights and obligations, One of these rights is that every citizen is entitled to health services which are safe, quality and affordable. Thus, the central government has an obligation to fulfill it by guidance, supervision and control of facilities and health care personnel (the President of the Republic of Indonesia, 2009). Health care functions to achieve the highest degree of health. The central government delegate to local governments to establish regulatory authorities in each region to take care of the health sector since the introduction of regional autonomy in Indonesia. Dept. of State has the task of carrying out activities in the promotion and development of public health. Therefore, Pharmacist Profession Program Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia in cooperation with the Dept. of Health West Jakarta Administration held Pharmacists Profession Internship. Internship activity was held on 11 to 29 January 2016, with the aim to provide an overview of the role and function of the pharmacist profession in the Dept. of Health, as well as providing experience for prospective pharmacists to undertake these duties."

Apotek merupakan sarana kesehatan dan pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kefarmasian berperan penting dalam terlaksananya pelayanan kefarmasian yang baik. Diperlukan adanya pembelajaran dan latihan mengenai pengelolaaan dan pengembangan suatu apotek yang baik dan memahami kegiatan-kegiatan kefarmasian yang berlangsung di dalam apotek tersebut sebagai tanggung jawab seorang apoteker. Oleh karena itu, Program Studi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia melakukan kerja sama dengan Kimia Farma dalam penyelenggaraan Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) periode Agustus 2016. Peran Apoteker di Apotek yaitu bertugas dan bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek meliputi kegiatan pengelolaan sedian farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai, pelayanan farmasi klinik dan penjualan. Apotek Kimia Farma 110 Kebon Pedes telah menjalankan standar pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan PMK 35 tahun. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di apotek Kimia Farma 110 Kebon Pedes adalah terbatasnya pelayanan farmasi klinik yang diberikan karena keterbatasan sumber daya manusia.

Pharmacy is a health care and pharmacy services conducted a practice of pharmacy by a pharmacist. Pharmacists as one of the pharmacy staff was instrumental in the implementation of good pharmacy services. It takes a learning and training on the management and development of a good pharmacy and in understanding a pharmaceutical activities which take place in the pharmacy as a pharmacist responsibility. Therefore, Apotechary Studies Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia cooperate with Kimia Farma in the implementation of the internship on the period of August 2016. The role of pharmacists in the pharmacy that is in charge of and responsible for managing pharmacy perfomed management activities include pharmaceutical, medical device and consumable medical materials, clinical pharmacy services and sales. Kimia Farma 110 Kebon Pedes have conducted the standard of pharmacy services in accordance with the PMK years of 35. The problems that were found in pharmacies Kimia Farma 110 Kebon Pedes is a limited clinical pharmacy services provided due to limited human resources."

"Kesehatan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan yang harus diwujudkan sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pancasila dan Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 (Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, 2009). Mendapatkan Sediaan Farmasi yang sehat sesuai dengan kebutuhan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan yang harus diwujudkan demi terjaminnya masyarakat yang sehat. Industri farmsai yang merupakan Fasilitas Produksi Sediaan Farmasi mendukung upaya peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan. Industri Farmasi wajib memenuhi persyaratan CPOB, yang bertujuan untuk menjamin obat dibuat secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, Apoteker dituntut untuk memliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Program profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT Aventis Pharma untuk menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Laporan pkpa ini dibuat sebagai hasil pembelajaran selama PKPA di industri farmasi. PT Aventis Pharma telah menerapkan setiap aspek CPOB dengan baik dan mengacu pada cGMP internasional, CPOB, serta Kebijakan dan Panduan Mutu. Serta, PT Aventis Pharma telah memaksimalkan peran Apoteker dengan baik pada posisi kunci.

Health is a human right and one of the elements of well-being that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the nation of Indonesia as referred to in Pancasila and the Preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2009). Pharmaceutical Preparations according to the needs of the human rights and welfare of one of the elements that must be realized for the sake of ensuring the healthy society. The pharmaceutical industry is a Production Facility for Pharmaceutical Preparations, support efforts to improve health services. Pharmaceutical industry must meet the requirements of GMP, which aims to ensure the drugs are made consistently, and meet the requirements set in accordance with the intended use. Therefore, pharmacists are required to discount their knowledge and skills in performing work in the pharmaceutical industry pharmacy. Pharmacist Profession Program, University of Indonesia in cooperation with PT Aventis Pharma to hold Internship of Apothecary. Internship report was made as a result of learning during internship in the pharmaceutical industry. PT Aventis Pharma has implemented every aspect of GMP and refers to international cGMP, GMP, as well as the Policy and Quality Manual. And also, PT Aventis Pharma has been maximizing the role of pharmacists in key positions."
