"Tesis ini membahas yang sudah berjalan yaitu integrasi Posyandu Lansia dan Posbindu PTM di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan konfirmasi dan eksplorasi data dengan penelitian kualitatif melalui telaah dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menemukan sumber pendanaan, kompentensi kader dan petugas kesehatan, dan sistem insetif kader memengaruhi aspek proses dalam pemenuhan ketersediaan materi edukasi ataupun buku monitoring FR PTM dan buku kesehatan lansia. Selain itu, pada aspek outcome diketahui masih ada hasil triwulan 1 pada Standar Pelayanan Masyarakat (SPM) lanjut usia, hipertensi, diabetes mellitus, dan usia produktif masih belum mencapai dari beberapa puskesmas. Oleh sebab itu, peningkatan kompetensi kader, upaya penyusunan sistem insentif kader kesehatan yang layak, dan alternatif media edukasi yang lebih terjangkau menjadi saran dalam penelitian ini sehingga besar harapan dapat meningkatkan mutu program intgerasi posyandu.

This thesis discusses the quality of the posyandu integration program in terms of programs that are already running, namely the integration of Posyandu for the Elderly and Posbindu for PTM in Depok City. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive design and confirmation and data exploration with qualitative research through document review and in-depth interviews. The research results found that funding sources, competency of cadres and health workers, and the cadre incentive system influenced aspects of the process in fulfilling the availability of educational materials or FR PTM monitoring books and elderly health books. Apart from that, in the outcome aspect, it is known that there are still quarter 1 results on Community Service Standards (SPM) for the elderly, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and productive age that have not yet been achieved by several health centers. Therefore, increasing cadre competency, efforts to develop an appropriate health cadre incentive system, and alternative educational media that are more affordable are suggestions in this research so that there is great hope of improving the quality of the posyandu integration program."
