Penilaian dengan menggunakan metode rasio memberikan hasil pengukuran yang cukup baik untuk dapat menilai kinerja PLN dan TNB. Pengukuran kinerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua perspektif, yaitu perspektif keuangan dan perspektif pelanggan. Pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan suatu perusahaan dapat menunjukkan bagaimana pelaksanaan operasional dan kesehatan usaha perusahaan. Penilaian kesehatan usaha pada perusahaan terutama perusahaan BUMN telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah yang tertuang dalam Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor 100 tahun 2002 yang mengatur tentang Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan BUMN. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Secara umum hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran kinerja pada TNB masih lebih baik dari pada PT.PLN Persero pada periode tahun 2011-2015.

ABSTRACT
Assessment using the ratio method gives a good enough measurement result to be able to assess the performance of PLN and TNB. Performance measurement was done by using two perspectives, namely financial perspective and customer perspective. Measuring the performance of a company can show how the implementation of operations and the company 39 s business health. especially SOE companies has been determined by the government as stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of SOE No. 100 of 2002 which regulates the Rating of SOEs Level. The type of research used is quantitative with descriptive research method. In general, the results of the analysis show that the performance measurement on the Bunaken National Park is still better than PT PLN Persero in the period 2011 2015
