Tugas akhir ini mengenai penyempurnaan proses performance feedback pada operator produksi PT A dalam menyampaikan kemajuan pencapaian target efektifitas produksi. penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka mewujudkan bentuk organisasi yang efektif dan efisien. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif, dimana peneliti menggambarkan pila yan terjadi selama ini dengan melihat kekurangan yang ada berdasarkan teori yang digunakan.

This final project is about improving the performance feedback process for PT A production operators in conveying the progress of achieving production effectiveness targets. this research was conducted in order to realize an effective and efficient form of organization. this research is a qualitative research with a descriptive design, where the researcher describes the principles that have occurred so far by looking at the deficiencies based on the theory used.
