"Xantin oksidase mengkatalisis oksidasi hipoxantin dan xantin menjadi asam urat. Kadar asam urat yang meningkat memiliki keterkaitan terhadap penyakit gout. Gout merupakan kelainan metabolik pada katabolisme purin. Salah satu tumbuhan obat yang telah dilaporkan mempunyai efek terhadap penyakit gout dan sebagai anti inflamasi adalah tanaman Sidaguri (Sida rhombifolia L.).Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji kemampuan daun Sidaguri dalam menghambat aktivitas xantin oksidase dan identifikasi golongan kandungan kimianya. Serbuk simplisia diekstraksi berturut-turut dengan cara maserasi bertingkat menggunakan empat pelarut berdasarkan tingkat kepolaran, yaitu petroleum eter, etil asetat, n-butanol, dan etanol 96%. Pengujian penghambatan aktivitas xantin oksidase dilakukan dengan metode spektrofotometri.Berdasarkan uji penghambatan aktivitas xantin oksidase, semua ekstrak dapat menghambat aktivitas xantin oksidase dengan nilai IC50 1,71 μg/mL pada ekstrak n-butanol; IC50 2,38 μg/mL pada ekstrak etil asetat; IC50 4,64 μg/mL pada ekstrak etanol; dan IC50 9,52 μg/mL pada ekstrak petroleum eter. Pada plot Lineweaver-Burk menunjukkan jenis penghambatan enzim pada ekstrak n-butanol adalah kompetitif. Hasil uji identifikasi kimia pada ekstrak daun sidaguri menunjukkan adanya alkaloid, glikosida, flavonoida, dan terpen.

The xanthine oxidase catalyses the oxidation of hypoxanthine to xanthine and then to uric acid. Increasing uric acid levels have related to gout. Gout is a metabolic disorder in the catabolism of purines. One of the herbs that has been reported to have effect on gout and as an anti-inflammatory is sidaguri (Sida rhombifolia L.).The purpose of this study was to test the ability of leaf Sidaguri in inhibiting xanthine oxidase activity and identification of chemical constituents. The sample was macerated respectively with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, nbuthanol, and 96% ethanol. Inhibition of xanthine oxidase activity test carried out by spectrophotometric methods.Based on xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity test, all the plant extracts were active in inhibiting xanthine oxidase with IC50 value of 1,71 μg/mL on n-buthanol extract; IC50 value of 2,38 μg/mL on ethil acetat; IC50 value of 4,64 μg/mL on 96% ethanol; and IC50 value of 9,52 μg/mL on petroleum ether extract. The Lineweaver-Burk plots showed that the type of nbuthanol extract was a competitive inhibition. The results of chemical identification on a sidaguri leaf extract contain alkaloids, glycoside, flavonoids, and terpenes."

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Model Konsep pengadaan dan Kerja Sama Produk Konsinyasi. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengadaan produk konsinyasi dilakukan terhadap produk yang memberikan komisi dan diskon tambahan atau produk konsinyasi yang memberikan komisi yang besar kepada Apotek Safa, sedangkan kerja sama yang dilakukan adalah konsinyasi yang disertai dengan surat perjanjian kerja sama dari kedua pihak.

"ABSTRAKInfeksi Microsporum canis pada manusia adalah timbulnya tinea kapitis terutama pada anak-anak. Salah satu bahan alam yang memiliki aktivitas antijamur Microsporum canis yaitu daun puding (Polyscias guilfoylei L.). Pada penelitian ini, ekstrak daun puding dibuat menjadi sediaan sampo berbentuk cair. Selain itu, sediaan sampo ini juga diharapkan memberikan nilai keamanan pada penggunaannya terutama terhadap mata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sediaan sampo antijamur Microsporum canis dari ekstrak metanol daun puding yang aman. Serbuk simplisia diekstraksi dengan cara maserasi menggunakan pelarut metanol. Ekstrak yang diperoleh dikarakterisasi (non spesifik dan spesifik) dan diuji aktivitas antijamurnya, serta dibuat menjadi sediaan sampo dan diuji kemaanannya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak metanol daun puding memenuhi persyaratan umum parameter non spesifik dan spesifik mutu ekstrak. Hasil formulasi sediaan menunjukkan bahwa sediaan sampo ekstrak metanol daun puding masih harus diperbaiki pada sisi organoleptiknya, yaitu aroma. Hasil uji keamanan sediaan sampo ekstrak metanol daun puding menunjukkan bahwa sediaan bersifat mengiritasi sedang terhadap mata.

ABSTRACTMicrosporum canis infection in humans causes of tinea capitis, especially in children. One of the natural ingredients that have the antifungal activity of Microsporum canis is pudding leaf (Polyscias guilfoylei L.). In this study, P. guilfoylei leaves extract was made into a liquid shampoo preparation. This shampoo preparation is also expected to provide safety value for its use, especially to the eyes. The purpose of this study was to make a safe of antifungal Microsporum canis shampoo. The leaves powder was extracted by maceration using methanol as a solvent. The extract obtained was characterized (non-specific and specific), tested for antifungal activity, and made into a shampoo preparation, and tested for its safety. The results showed that the P. guilfoyleileaves extract fulfilled the general requirements of the non-specific and the specific quality control parameters of the extract. The result of the formulation showed that the extract of P. guilfoylei leaves shampoo still had to be improved on the organoleptic side, which is the aroma. The safety test results showed that the extract of P. guilfoylei leaves shampoo was moderate eye irritation."
