Abstrak :
Sediaan lepas tunda adalah sistem pelepasan termodifikasi, dimana obat tidak langsung dilepaskan setelah diberikan, dengan tujuan melindungi lambung dari obat yang dapat mengiritasi. Pembuatan sediaan lepas tunda membutuhkan eksipien yang dapat menahan pelepasan obat dilambung, yaitu dengan melakukan modifikasi protein kedelai dengan cara suksinilasi dan asetilasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat tablet enterik ibuprofen menggunakan protein kedelai suksinat asetat sebagai pembentuk matriks. Protein kedelai suksinat asetat (PKSA) adalah eksipien yang dibuat dari reaksi suksinilasi dengan suksinat anhidrida 125% b/b dan asetilasi dengan asetat anhidrida 125% v/b. Derajat substitusi PKSA sebesar 75,25%. Matriks tablet enterik ibuprofen dibuat dalam 3 formula dengan metode granulasi basah. F1 yang mengandung PKSA merupakan formula yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan F2 (PKSA:HPMCP) 1:1 dan F3 (HPMCP). Laju disolusi maksimum F1 adalah pada menit ke 15 sebesar 16,07% dalam pH 1,2 dan 72,31% dalam pH 6,8. Substitusi bertingkat suksinilasi dan asetilasi belum dapat digunakan sebagai matriks tunggal sediaan lepas tunda. ......Delayed release dosage is modified release system which the drug is not immediately released after administration, with the purpose to protecting the stomach from medications can cause irritate. Making delayed release dosage require an excipient that can hold the release of drugs in stomach, that is by doing the modification of soy protein with succinylation and acetylation. The purpose of this research is to make the enteric tablet of ibuprofen use soy protein acetate succinate as matrix formers. Soy protein acetate succinate (SPAS) is an excipient made from succinylation with succinate anhydride 125% w/w and acetylation with acetate anhydride 125% v/w. SPAS has degree of substitution 75,25%. Matrix enteric tablet of ibuprofen made in 3 formulas by wet granulation method. F1 is containing SPAS is a better formula to compared with F2 containing SPAS:HPMCP 1:1 and F3 containing HPMCP. The maximum dissolution rate F1 is on the 15 minutes by 16,07% in pH 1,2 and 72,31% in pH 6,8. Multilevel substitution with succinylation and acetylation can’t be used as single matrix delayed release dosage.

ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No 2 bertujuan untuk membekali calon apoteker agar mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Analisis Resep Pasien Hipertensi. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini yaitu untuk mengetahui alur pelayanan resep yang rasional berdasarkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek.

ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Actavis Indonesia bertujuan untuk membekali calon apoteker agar mampu mengerti peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, leterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Membuat Protokol Stabilitas Beberapa Produk Tablet dan Mengkaji Hasil Uji Stabilitas. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini yaitu membuat protokol stabilitas beberapa produk obat dan menganalisis hasil uji stabilitas terhadap parameter produk.

ABSTRAK Internship Pharmacist Profession in PT Actavis Indonesia aims to equip candidates for pharmacists to be able to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the Pharmaceutical Industry, has the insight, knowledge, leterampilan, and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy in the Pharmaceutical Industry, understanding the application of GMP in Pharmaceutical industry, and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the Pharmaceutical industry. Special assignment given titled Creating Stability Protocol and Assessing Multiple Product Tablet Stability Test Results. The purpose of this special task is to make some stability protocol medicinal products and analyze the results of stability tests on the product specification.

Tesis ini membahas tentang Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Dalam Negeri yang merupakan salah satu unit kerja yang melaksanakan tugas layanan dukungan internal. Biro Umum dituntut untuk dapat selalu melaksanakan pelayanan secara prima dan meningkatkan kinerja agar dapat mewujudkan tugas Biro Umum yaitu “Mengelola urusan rumah tangga, sarana dan prasarana perkantoran, arsip, persuratan, keamanan dalam, serta layanan pengadaan barang dan jasa”. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Dalam Negeri yang didasarkan pada balanced scorecard dengan mempertimbangkan aspek Customer Perspectives, Internal Processes Perspectives, Learning and Growth Perspectives dan Financial Perspectives. Adapun dalam menganalisis data menggunakan studi deskriptif kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan data kualitatif yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif dan pendekatan post-positivism. Dalam penemuan jawaban atas pertanyaan penelitian yang diajukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei, studi dokumen, dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut menemukan bahwa kinerja Biro Umum Setjen Kemendagri berdasarkan teori Balance Scorecard belum seimbang dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa elemen yaitu Customer Perspectives bernilai “Baik”, Internal Processes Perspectives bernilai “Baik”, Learning and Growth Perspectives bernilai “Cukup” dan Financial Perspectives bernilai “Baik”. ......Bureau of General Affairs of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Home Affairs is one of the work units that carries out internal support service tasks. Bureau of General Affairs is required to always be able to provide excellent service and improve performance in order to realize the General Bureau's duties, namely "Managing household affairs, office facilities and infrastructure, archives, correspondence, internal security, as well as goods and services procurement services". This research analyzes the performance of Bureau of General Affairs of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Home Affairs which is based on a balanced scorecard by considering aspects of Customer Perspectives, Internal Processes Perspectives, Learning and Growth Perspectives and Financial Perspectives. Meanwhile, analyzing the data uses a qualitative descriptive study by utilizing qualitative data which is described descriptively and with a post-positivist approach. In finding answers to research questions posed using data collection techniques through surveys, document studies and interviews. From the results of this research, it was found that the performance of Bureau of General Affairs of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs based on the Balance Scorecard theory was not balanced by considering several elements, namely Customer Perspectives with a value of "Good", Internal Process Perspectives with a value of "Good", Learning and Growth Perspectives with a value of "Adequate" and Financial Perspectives with a value of "Good".

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat bertujuan untuk membekali calon apoteker agar mampu memahami peran, dan tugas serta tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di Instansi Pemerintah, mengetahui tugas dan fungsi dari Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi di bidang farmasi, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman seorang apoteker dalam melakukan pekerjaan di Instansi Pemerintah, dan memiliki perkiraan mengenai permasalahan kefarmasian yang terjadi di instansi pemerintah.
