"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengestimasi keputusan bersama antara keputusan bekerja dan keputusan pilihan tipe pengasuhan bagi wanita yang sudah menikah dan memilki paling tidak seorang anak kecil berusia 0-5 tahun dalam suatu rumah tangga. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data hasil Survei Biaya Hidup SBH pada tahun 2012. Hasilnya menunjukkan jika harga mengasuh anak tidak berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi kerja wanita yang sudah menikah dan memiliki anak kecil berusia 0-5 tahun. Dan juga hasil upah perkiraan dari wanita tersebut menunjukkan pengaruh positif baik terhadap partisipasi kerja maupun tipe pengasuhan.

ABSTRACTThis study estimates a joint decision between a work decision and a decision on the choice of care type for a married woman and has at least one 0 5 years old child in a household. The data used in this study is data from the Survey Cost of Living SBH in 2012. The results indicate if the price of childcare does not affect the participation of working women who are married and have small children aged 0 5 years. And also the results of the wage estimates of the women showed a positive influence both on the participation of work and the type of care. "
