"Skripsi ini membahas tentang Proses Penataan Arsip Inaktif Dalam Mendukung Temu Kembali Surat Izin Pemakaian Tempat Usaha di Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Jaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses penataan arsip inaktif yang dilakukan, proses temu kembali arsip SIPTU, dan kendala yang ada dalam penataan serta temu kembali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk memberikan gambaran nyata terkait dengan kondisi di Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Jaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tahapan penataan arsip inaktif yang dilakukan meliputi verifikasi arsip, penyusunan daftar arsip inaktif, pemberian nomor definitif, penempatan arsip dalam folder, penataan arsip dalam boks, pelabelan dan penempatan boks, dan pengolahan informasi arsip. Meskipun terdapat kendala, penataan arsip inaktif nyatanya berpengaruh dalam mendukung temu kembali arsip inaktif SIPTU, karena pencarian dilakukan secara manual mengacu pada daftar arsip inaktif hasil penataan arsip inaktif.

This bachelor's thesis discusses the process of structuring inactive archives in supporting the retrieval of the Business Place Usage Permit at the Pasar Jaya Regional Public Company. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of structuring inactive archives carried out, the process of retrieval of SIPTU archives, and the obstacles that exist in structuring and retrieval. This research uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation to provide a real description of the conditions at Pasar Jaya Regional Public Company. The results of this study show that the stages of structuring inactive records include verification, compilation of an inactive records list, assigning definitive numbers, placing records into folders, organizing them in boxes, labeling and placing the boxes, and processing archival information. Despite several obstacles encountered during the process, the structuring of inactive records significantly supports the retrieval of SIPTU inactive records, as the search is conducted manually by referring to the list of inactive records produced through the structuring process."
