"ABSTRAKSintesis nanopartikel Au menggunakan HAuCl4 dengan ekstrak biji petai (Parkia speciossa Hassk) yang berperan sebagai agen penstabil dan agen pereduksi telah berhasil dilakukan. Ekstrak biji petai digunakan dalam fraksi air dengan konsentrasi 0,03; 0,04; 0,05; 0,06; 0,07% dan dibawah lampu natrium. Spektrofotometer UV-Vis digunakan untuk melihat kestabilan nanopartikel Au dan nilai absorbansi.Untuk mengidentifikasi ukuran partikel nanopartikel Au digunakan Particle Size Analyzer (PSA) dan muatan nanopartikel Au diidentifikasi dengan potesial zeta.Bentuk kristal nanopartikel Au hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi menggunakan X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). Fouried Transform Infra Red (FTIR) digunakan untuk melihat gugusfungsi EBP yang menunjukan adanya senyawa aromatik yaitu satu jenis dari golongansenyawa flavonoid dan terpenoid yang berperan sebagai senyawa pereduksi untukmereduksi Au3+ menjadi Au0. Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi ukuran rata-rata nanopartikel Au sebesar ± 60nm dengan bentuk bulat. Nanopartikel Au pada kondisi optimum 0,04% digunakan untuk diimobilisasi pada kitosan dan selanjutnya diamati interaksinya dengan doxorubicin pada kondisi pH yang berbeda.

ABSTRAKGold nanoparticles synthesis using HAuCl4 with bitter bean extract (Parkia speciossa Hassk) as a stabilizer agent and reducing agent. Synthesis was used in aqueous extract of bitter bean (EBP) with varied concentration 0,03; 0,04; 0,05; 0,06; 0,07% and under sodium radiation. UV-Vis spectrophotometer was used to see the stabilization of gold nanoparticle and its absorbance. For identification size particle of gold nanoparticle using Particle Size Analyzer(PSA) and gold nanoparticle charge was identification by zeta potential. The crystallization of gold nanoparticle was characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). Fouried Transform Infra Red (FTIR) was used to identification functional groups of EBP which shows aromatic compound that it?s kind of flavonoid and terpenoid compounds that act as reducing Au3+ ions into Au0. Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) was used to identification average of size gold nanoparticle is ± 60nm in sphere shapes. Gold nanoparticle in optimum condition of 0,04% used to be immobilized on chitosan and interactions observed with doxorubicin at different pH conditions."

Survey yang dilakukan kepada 70 orang responden menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibilityyang dilakukan perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap reputasi perusahaan, di mana 29% reputasi perusahaan diperoleh melalui efektivitas Corporate Social Responsibility,sedangkan sisanya sebesar 71% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

The research with this quantitative approach aims to provide an overview of how the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility activities carried out by State-Owned Enterprises on the Company's Reputation; and how much influence the public perception, which in this case is the community around the company; related to the economic and social effectiveness of the Corporate Social Responsibility program. The survey conducted on 70 respondents indicated that the Corporate Social Responsibility activities carried out by the company have a positive influence on the company's reputation. Where 29% of the company's reputation is obtained through the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility, while the rest (71%) is influenced by other factors."
