"Salah satu Proyek Strategis Nasional yang sedang menjadi fokus perhatian di Indonesia adalah pembangunan pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara. Undang-undang (UU) Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) disahkan DPR pada 18 Januari 2022 dan kemudian Presiden Joko Widodo telah resmi menandatangan pada 15 Februari 2022. Aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam proyek konstruksi pemindahan IKN adalah tingkat risiko yang tinggi khususnya dalam aspek K3. Namun, dikutip dari data BPJS, kecelakaan kerja di konstruksi meningkat dari 114.000 di tahun 2019 menjadi 177.000 jumlah kasus di tahun 2020. Hampir setiap tahunnya sektor konstruksi menyumbang 32% dari total kasus kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan keselamatan konstruksi adalah dengan memberbaiki perilaku dan kondisi yang tidak selamat (unsafe behavior and unsafe condition) para pekerja. Perilaku ini dapat diperbaiki dengan meningkatkan iklim keselamatan (safety climate) yang diyakini sebagai indikator kuat menilai kinerja keselamatan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur iklim keselamatan serta pengaruhnya untuk meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan pada proyek konstruksi pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validasi pakar, survei kuesioner, dan pengolahan data menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan korelasi spearman menggunakanStatistical Product for Service Solution (SPSS). Secara keseluruhan, iklim keselamatan konstruksi pada existing proyek pembangunan IKN memiliki nilai sangat baik, dan miliki hubungan korelasi cukup kuat dengan kinerja keselamatan. Dari hasil tersebut, penulis merumuskan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan iklim keselamatan dan kinerja keselamatan pada proyek pembangunan IKN di Indonesia.

An aspect that needs to be considered in the IKN relocation construction project is the high level of risk, especially in the K3 aspect. One of the efforts to improve construction safety is to improve the unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions of workers. This behavior can be improved by improving the safety climate, which is believed to be a strong indicator of safety performance. Therefore, this research aims to find out what indicators can be used to measure the safety climate and its effect on improving safety performance in the construction project for the construction of the National Capital City. The methods used in this research are expert validation, questionnaire survey, and data processing using descriptive analysis and spearman correlation using Statistical Product for Service Solution (SPSS). Overall, the construction safety climate in the existing IKN development project has a very good value, and has a fairly strong correlation relationship with safety performance. From these results, the author formulates recommendations to improve the safety climate and safety performance on the IKN construction project in Indonesia."
