"Infrastruktur merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam pembangunan suatu negara. Banyaknya proyek infrastruktur jembatan yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan industri konstruksi di Indonesia harus didukung dengan teknologi konstruksi pula seperti halnya penggunaan beton pracetak/recast. Dalam perkembangannya. Wika Beton terus berusaha melakukan tindakan perbaikan terhadap proses produksi produk pracetak yang dihasilkan untuk mencegah keterlambatan produksi sehingga bisa melayani kebutuhan proyek konstruksi selesai tepat waktu bahkan bila diperlukan percepatan waktu konstruksi. Salah satu produk pracetak yang dihasilkan Wika Beton adalah girder jembatan berbentuk box yang disebut Box Girder. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tunda pada produksi Produk Beton Pracetak Box Girder serta menganalisis tindakan perbaikan dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rencana tindakan perbaikan yang berfungsi untuk mengurangi waktu delay produksi dan meningkatkan kinerja waktu.

Infrastructure is one important element in a country's development. The number of bridge infrastructure projects that can increase the growth of the construction industry in Indonesia must be supported by construction technology as well as the use of precast concrete. In its development, Wika Beton seeks to optimize the production process of precast products produced to prevent delays in production so that it can serve the needs of construction projects completed on time even when accelerating construction time is needed. One of the precast products produced by Wika Beton is a box-shaped bridge girder called Box Girder. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that affect delay time in the production of precast concrete box girder and to analyze improvement actions to improve time performance. The result of this study are improvement action plan which has functions to reduce production cycle time and to improve time performance."
