"Menyoroti kinerja deteksi dini Polresta Tangerang. Polri selaku garda terdepan menjaga situasi harkamtibmas yang kondusif. Jika dilihat kenyataannya, kinerja Polri menjadi sorotan masyarakat. Perilaku Polri yang sering kali mendapat kritikan dari masyarakat berkaitan dengan kinerjanya. Masyarakat belum terlalu puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, sehingga hal ini perlu mendapat perhatian untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja deteksi dini anggota satuan Bhabinkamtibmas di Polresta Tangerang. Pada praktiknya, masih terdapat kelemahan pada kinerja deteksi dini oleh Satuan Bhabinkamtibmas.Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan pengaruh antara kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja deteksi dini Satuan Bhabinkamtibmas Polresta Tangerang. Adapun tujuan khususnya yaitu : Untuk menganalisa pengaruh antara kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap kinerja deteksi dini, Untuk menganalisa pengaruh antara Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja deteksi dini Satuan Bhabinkamtibmas dan untuk menganalisa pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Motivasi terhadap kinerja deteksi dini Satuan Bhabinkamtibmas Polresta Tangerang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survey (penyebaran Kueisioner). Metode survey dipilih untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia dan motivasi terhadap kinerja deteksi dini.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif pada tingkat rata-rata sedang, antara Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Deteksi Dini, baik sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. maka pada kenyataan dilapangan anggota satuan Bhabinkamtibmas Polresta Tangerang sudah memiliki metode atau sistem untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan, berkomunikasi baik dengan masyarakat, dapat berapdaptasi dengan cepat, mendeteksi situasi, dan dapat memetakan akar dari masalah....... The general objective of this research is to describe the influence between the quality of Human Resources and Work Motivation on the early detection performance of the Tangerang Police Bhabinkamtibmas Unit. The specific objectives are: To analyze the effect of the quality of Human Resources on the performance of early detection efforts, To analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of early detection of the Bhabinkamtibmas Unit and to analyze the joint effect of the Quality of Human Resources and Motivation on the performance of early detection of the Unit Bhabinkamtibmas Polresta Tangerang. The method used in this study is a survey (questionnaire distribution). The survey method was chosen to determine the effect of the quality of human resources and motivation on early detection performance. The results of the study show that in general it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship at a moderate average level, between the Quality of Human Resources and motivation on Early Detection Performance, both individually and collectively. then in reality in the field members of the Tangerang Police Bhabinkamtibmas unit already have a method or system to do a job, communicate well with the community, can adapt quickly, detect situations, and can map the roots of the problem."

"Keandalan performa peralatan dan sistem kelistrikan merupakan salah satu faktor pendorong yang dapat menjaga on time performance PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda). Melihat pentingnya keandalan sistem kelistrikan dalam menjaga on time performance PT MRT (Perseroda) maka dibutuhkan pemenuhan kriteria ruang peralatan listrik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari masing-masing peralatan. Listrik yang andal ialah listrik yang dapat menyuplai beban dengan aman dan memiliki sistem proteksi yang andal. Baterai merupakan sumber tenaga sistem kontrol dan proteksi peralatan kelistrikan PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda), tanpa adanya baterai sistem proteksi listrik tidak dapat bekerja. Pengkondisian udara untuk ER (Electrical Room) dan TSS (Traction Substation) dibutuhkan untuk memastikan temperatur ruangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan temperatur kerja baterai. Dengan terjaganya kesesuaian suhu ruang ER dan TSS diharapkan lifetime dan performa kerja baterai dapat terjaga dengan andal. Penulis melakukan analisis pekerjaan keinsinyuran yang sudah penulis kerjakan di salah satu perusahaan swasta yaitu, PT. Trasfello Bangun Teknika, yang beralamat di Plaza 3 Pondok Indah Jakarta Selatan, yaitu “Project Pengkondisian Udara Ruang ER (Electrical Room) dan TSS (Traction Substation) di PT. MRT Jakarta. Pada laporan ini penulis ingin menganalisi mengenai apakah project tersebut sudah memenuhi dan menerapkan kaidahkaidah pokok keinsinyuran yang sudah dipelajari pada semester kesatu, yaitu Profesionalisme, Kode Etik da n Etika Profesi Insinyur, Serta Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (K3L). Dari hasil analisis yang sudah di lakukan di dapatkan bahwa project ini sudah menerapkan (K3L) dalam setiap kegiatan pekerjaan dari awal hingga akhir dan tidak ditemukannya pelanggaran kode etik dalam penyelesaian project tersebut melainkan terdapat beberapa pengamalan kode etik insinyur yang di lakukan selama penulis menyelasaikan pekerjaan project ini dikerjakan secara profesional dengan hasil waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan project ini lebih cepat dari schedule yang sudah di rencanakan dengan tidak ada kecelakan kerja yang terjadi (Zero Accident).......Reliability of equipment performance and electrical systems is one of the driving factors that can maintain the on time performance of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda). Reliable electricity is electricity that can supply loads safely and has a reliable protection system. The battery is a power source for the control and protection system of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) electrical equipment, without a battery the electrical protection system cannot work. Air conditioning for ER (Electrical Room) and TSS (Traction Substation) is needed to ensure that the room temperature matches the battery working temperature requirements. By maintaining the suitability of the ER and TSS room temperatures, it is expected that the lifetime and performance of the battery work can be maintained reliably. The author analyzes the engineering work that the author has done in one of the private companies, namely, PT. Trasfello Bangun Teknika, which is located at Plaza 3 Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, namely "Project Air Conditioning ER Room (Electrical Room) and TSS (Traction Substation) at PT MRT Jakarta". In this report the author wants to analyze whether the project has fulfilled and applied the main rules of engineering that have been studied in the first semester, namely Professionalism, Code of Ethics and Professional Ethics of Engineers, as well as Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (K3L). From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is found that this project has implemented (K3L) in every work activity from start to finish and no violations of the code of ethics were found in the completion of the project but there are several practices of the engineer's code of ethics that were carried out during the author's work on this project done professionally with the results of the time needed to complete this project faster than the planned schedule with no work accidents occurring (Zero Accident).
