"Tesis ini membahas Peranan Work Program & Budget sebagai Alat Perencanaan dan Pengendalian pada Production Sharing Contract. Fungsi dari anggaran merupakan alat pengendali dalam melaksanakan rencana yang telah disusun dan memperbaiki kegiatan mendatang agar hasilnya sesuai dengan rencana/standar. Namun pada prakteknya anggaran (WP&B) yang diusulkan oleh Kontraktor PSC belum dapat disetujui BPMIGAS sesuai waktu yang ditentukan dikarenakan beberapa kendala, sedangkan operasi harus terus berjalan dan pelaporan harus tetap dilaporkan oleh Kontraktor PSC sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan walaupun anggaran belum disetujui. Hal ini menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya fungsi BPMIGAS dalam mengendalikan cost recovery. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah melakukan analisis terhadap efektivitas prosedur WP&B dan melakukan analisis terhadap efektivitas WP&B sebagai alat perencana dan pengendali cost recovery.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian penelitian menyarankan bahwa BPMIGAS merevisi Financial Budget & Reporting Procedure Manual, Revision 1993, melakukan penyederhanaan prosedur persetujuan WP&B dan Debirokratisasi, memberi sanksi terkait kelalaian kontraktor PSC dalam menyampaikan usulan WP&B beserta klarifikasinya, menyatukan bagian Struktur Organisasi terkait dengan evaluasi WP&B, membangun sistem yang terintegrasi, menyusunan perencanaan strategi bersama antara BPMIGAS dengan Kontraktor PSC, memonitoring realisasi pengeluaran biaya dan anggaran, dan melakukan Benchmarking sesama kontraktor.

The focus of this study is the role of Work Program & Budget as a planning and controlling tool in the Production Sharing Contract. The function of the budget is to control the implementation of the plan and improving the future activities in order to achieve the standard. In practice, the PSC Contractors propose the WP&B in accordance to the time schedule but BPMIGAS has yet to issue approval due to several factors, whereas at the same time the PSC Contractors must report on time even though the WP&B hasn`t been approved. In line with this matter, BPMIGAS cannot maximize the function of cost recovery control. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the WP&B procedures and the effectiveness of WP&B as a tool for planning and controlling of cost recovery. This research is conducted through qualitative descriptive interpretive. The researcher suggests that BPMIGAS should revise the Financial Budget & Reporting Procedure Manual, simplify the WP&B approval procedures, minimize bureaucracy, sanction to the PSC Contractors who disobey the role, merge the organization structure that related to WP&B evaluation, build an integrated system, organize strategic planning between BPMIGAS & PSC contractors, monitor the realization of expenditure compare to budget, and benchmarking between the PSC Contractor."

"Telah dilakukan penelitian efek antiinflamasi pemberian per oral suspensi ekstrak etanol 70% herba pegagan (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb.) dalam suspensi CMC 5% terhadap udem kaki kanan belakang yang diinduksi dengan menginjeksikan 0,2 ml larutan karagenin 1% dalam NaCl fisiologis secara sub plantar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Winter yang telah dimodifikasi. Udem yang timbul diukur volumenya dengan alat plethysmometer pada jam ke 0,1,2,3 dan 4. Pengamatan berdasarkan penghambatan volume udem. Pemberian ekstrak herba pegagan diberikan per oral satu jam sebelum injeksi karagenin.Pada penelitian ini, tiga kelompok hewan uji diberikan suspensi ekstrak etanol 70% herba pegagan dengan dosis berturut-turut 408,24; 816,48; 1632,96 mg/ kg bb. Satu kelompok diberikan kontrol positif suspensi Natrium diklofenak dengan dosis 40 mg/ kg bb, dan satu kelompok lagi diberi kontrol negatif akuades, satu jam sebelum pemberian karagenin.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak pegagan dosis 408,24; 816,48; 1632,96 mg/ kg bb, telah memperlihatkan efek penghambatan udem yang ditimbulkan oleh karagenin, namun tidak memberikan efek antiinflamasi yang bermakna secara statistik pada p>0,05 berturut-turut dari jam pertama sampai jam keempat.

Anti-inflammatory activity of 70% etanol extract (Centella asiatica L. (Urb.) was performed by 0,2 ml,1% carrageenan-induced paw oedema test in rats using modification of Winter's method. The paw volumes were measured using the mercury displacement technique with the help of a plethysmograph immediately before and 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 after carrageenan injection. Observation was done based on inhibition on the paw volume.Extract of Centella asiatica were administered orally as suspension in 0,5% CMC at a dose level of 408.24; 816.48; 1632.96 mg/ kg bb, an hour before carragenin induced. Diclofenac sodium 40 mg/ kg bw was administered as standard drug for comparison.The test show that 70% etanol extract (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb.). at a dose level of 408.24; 816.48; 1632.96 mg/ kg bb, protected the rats from carrageenan-induced inflammation moderately, but none of the compounds showed equipotent anti-inflammatory activity with the reference standard diclofenac sodium at the dose tested at p=0,05."

"[Pada penelitian ini, telah diuji pengaruh pemberian kombinasi ekstrak sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata Nees) dan spirulina (Arthrosphira platensis Gomont) terhadap persen parasitemia, persen survival, jumlah eritrosit dan kadar hemoglobin serta persen apoptosis sel limpa pada mencit yang diinfeksi P. berghei. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rancangan acak lengkap menggunakan 75 ekor mencit strain Swiss Webster. Kelompok uji terdiri dari kelompok AP, AP+ES, AP+PS, CMC dan DHP. Seluruh mencit diinfeksi Plasmodium berghei pada hari ke 0. Ekstrak bahan uji diberikan 3 hari sebelum diinfeksi (H-3) dansetiap hari selama 28 hari setelah infeksi. Data parasitemia diambil pada hari ke-3,7,10,15,21 dan 28. Sedangkan data jumlah eritrosit dan kadar Hb diambil pada hari ke 3, 10 dan 21. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji Anova satu arah yang dilanjutkan dengan uji post hoc. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi powder spirulina dan ekstrak sambiloto (AP+PS) memberikan hasil yang berbeda bermakna dalam menekan persen parasitemia (p=0,02), meningkatkan jumlah eritrosit (p=0,03) dan kadar hemoglobin (p=0,01) pada puncak infeksi, dibanding kelompok yang diberi sambiloto saja (AP). Pemberian ekstrak sambiloto dan atau tanpa spirulina dapat menurunkan persen apoptosis sel limpa secara bermakna (AP p= 0,001; AP+ES p= 0,000; AP+PS p= 0,000) dibanding dengan kelompok CMC pada puncak infeksi.;Effect of a combination of extracts of sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata Nees)and spirulina (Arthrosphira platensis Gomont) had been investigated decrease the number of parasitemia, increase erythrocytes count, level of hemoglobin and apoptosis of spleen cell in P. berghei infected mice. "Telah dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan PKPA ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari tanggal 4 sampai dengan tanggal 24 Agustus 2015. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKPA ini adalah agar mahasiswa Apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku dan agar mahasiswa Apoteker memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku, serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKPA yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan mangacu pada Permenkes No. 30 Tahun 2014 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas.

Based on the activities, pharmacist in Puskesmas have been carrying out the duties and responsibilities in management of pharmaceutical preparation and consumable medical supply and in practice of clinical pharmacy. Pharmacy services in Puskesmas is carried out refers to Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 30 Tahun 2015 about the standard of pharmacy services at Puskesmas."
