Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengelola SIKDA Generik Puskesmas di Kabupaten OKU Timur. Disain penelitian cross-sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja adalah yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja Pengelola SIKDA Generik Puskesmas di Kabupaten OKU Timur. ......Since 2018, the Generic Regional Health Information System (SIKDA) in East Ogan Komering Ulu District (OKU Timur) has been implemented to meet the need for a standardized, integrated, and accessible health data system in real time. The purpose of implementing this Generic SIKDA is to provide accurate, precise, and fast health data and information, which will assist policymaking to achieve the expected results. The driving factor comes from individual, psychological, and organizational factors needed for successful implementation.
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of the Public Health Center Generic SIKDA Manager in East OKU District. A cross-sectional study design was used in this study. The results showed that the work motivation variable was the most strongly related to the performance of the Public Health Center Generic SIKDA Manager in East OKU District.
