"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan maksimum pembiayaan, lama waktu pemrosesan pembiayaan, dan syarat agunan pada lembaga keuangan mikro islam di Indonesia apabila credit officer didalamnya memiliki hubungan kekerabatan dengan nasabah. Dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon signed-rank test Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan positif dalam maksimum pembiayaan dan perbedaan negatif pada lama waktu pemrosesan pembiayaan apabila credit officer memiliki hubungan kekerabatan dengan nasabah. Namun tidak ditemukan adanya perbedaan syarat agunan apabila credit officer memiliki hubungan kekerabatan dengan nasabah. ......This undergraduate thesis examines whether there is any difference in maximum financing allowance, duration of processing financing application, and the terms of collateral in Islamic microfinance institutions in Indonesia if the credit officer has a relationship with the customer. Using Wilcoxon signed rank test The result shows that there is a positive difference in the maximum financing allowance and the negative difference in the length of processing time if the credit officer has relationship with the customer. However, there is no difference in collateral requirement if the credit officer has a relationship with the customer."
