Studi kasus: Koperasi Pandawa Mandiri Group. Secara garis besar, koperasi tersebut terkena indikasi mengenai kasus perdata, pidana bahkan PKPU dan kepailitan, sehingga membuat koperasi tersebut mengalami kerugian. Skripsi ini membahasa dari titik awal terjadinya kerugian koperasi dan siapakah yang harus bertanggungjawab atas kerugian koperasi tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dan analisis kwalitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan kerugian koperasi disebabkan karena adanya keputusan bisnis, permasalahan perdata dan permasalahan pidana. Lalu mengenai pengaturan kedudukan dan peran Pengurus koperasi di dalam Undang-Undang Perkoperasian masih belum memadai apabila dibandingkan dengan pengaturan mengenai kedudukan dan peran Pengurus di Perseroan Terbatas yang diatur di dalam Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 2007. Kemudian pengaturan mengenai tanggungjawab dan pertanggungjawaban pengurus koperasi masih belum diatur cukup jelas dan terperinci mulai dari Undang-Undang Perkoperasian No. 12 Tahun 1967 hingga Undang-Undang Perkoperasian No. 17 Tahun 2012.

ABSTRACT
Pandawa Group Cooperative is exposed to indications about civil cases, criminal, even PKPU and bankruptcy, it all causedthe cooperative suffered losses. This thesis discusses from the starting point of the loss in the cooperative and who should be responsible for it. This thesis type of research is normative juridical and qualitative analysis. The results of this study prove that cooperative losses are caused by business decisions, civil issues and criminal issues. Besides, the regulation of the position and role in the cooperative board regarding to The Cooperative Act is still inadequate compared to The Limited Liability Company Law Number 40 of 2007. Then the arrangement of responsibility and accountability of cooperative management is not regulated sufficiently clear and detailed either in The Cooperative Act Number 12 of 1967 or The Cooperative Act Number 17 of 2012.
