ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung bertujuan untuk memahami peran tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam praktek kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung Pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung dimulai dari perencanaan permintaan penerimaan penyimpanan pendistribusian pengendalian pencatatan dan pelaporan serta pemantauan dan evaluasi kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas terdiri dari pengkajian resep penyerahan obat dan pemberian informasi obat dan Pelayanan Informasi Obat PIO Tugas khusus yang diberikan mengenai kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian alur pelayanan sumber daya manusia dan hasil daftar tilik Permasalahan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung yaitu kegiatan pelayanan informasi obat yang belum rutin dilakukan Kata kunci Praktek Kerja Profesi Puskesmas Kegiatan Kefarmasian
