Abstrak :
Tesis ini membahas dampak keputusan aktivitas pembiayaan yang disarankan oleh Penulis untuk PT Hero Supermarket Tbk untuk mendapatkan nilai perusahaan PT Hero Supermarket Tbk yang optimal. Adapun nilai perusahaan yang optimal tersebut dapat terefleksi pada harga saham PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. Keputusan aktivitas pembiayaan tersebut tercemin dalam komposisi struktur modal berupa perbandingan antara pinjaman dan ekuitas perusahaan. Penelitian tesis ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model analisis struktur modal optimum yang diperkenalkan oleh Modigliani dan Miller serta pendekatan perhitungan struktur modal optimum yang diajukan oleh Brigham dan Ehrhardt. Selain itu dalam menghitung nilai perusahaan dengan metode Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) melalui perhitungan Free Cash Flow to The Firm (FCFF) untuk mengetahui nilai PT Hero Supermarket Tbk berdasarkan struktur modalnya. ......This thesis discusses the impact of decisions financing activities suggested by the authors to PT Hero Supermarket Tbk to get the optimal enterprise value of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. The optimal value of the company can be reflected in the share price of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. Decision financing activities are reflected in the composition of capital structure in the form of the ratio between debt and equity. This thesis research is a quantitative research using a model of optimal capital structure analysis, introduced by Modigliani and Miller and an approach to the calculation of optimum capital structure proposed by Brigham and Ehrhardt. In addition, the value of the company is calculated with Discounted Cash Flow method (DCF) derived from the calculation of Free Cash Flow to the Firm (FCFF) in order to determine the value of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk based on company?s optimal capital structure.
