"Mulai beroperasinya sistem Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) menambah opsi lain sistem transportasi umum bagi masyarakat di Jakarta dan sekitarnnya. Pengguna transportasi umum yang memiliki mobilitas cepat membutuhkan identifikasi spasial secara efektif. Terlebih lagi dengan adanya stasiun bawah tanah, faktor identifikasi spasial yangbersumber dari luar akan terminimalisir dan faktor identifikasi hanya didasarkan pada ruang tertutup. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan identitas yang mudah direkognisi dari tiap stasiun MRT bawah tanah untuk dapat teridentifikasikan oleh pengguna MRT. Identitas tersebut dicerminkan melalui elemen interior. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dari elemen interior sebagai identitas spasial serta mengetahui sudah sampai sejauh mana identitas yang terjadi pada stasiun MRT bawah tanah (Bundaran HI). Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan kajian literatur, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara. Kajian literatur mencakupi teori mengenai elemen interior dan identitas. Metode observasi yang dilakukan ialah dengan menggunakan London Underground Station Design Idiom (2015) sebagai batasan analisa dalam melihat identitas dalam desain elemen interior stasiun bawah tanah. Analisa dilakukan dengan mengaitkan elemen interior stasiun Bundaran HI dengan teori identitas yang melingkupi sifat kontinuitas, berbeda, dan rekognisi.......The start of the operation of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system adds another option to the public transportation system for people in Jakarta and its surroundings. Public transport users who have fast mobility need effective spatial identification. Moreover, with the existence of an underground station, the spatial identification factor thatsourced from outside will be minimized and the identification factor is only based on the enclosed space. Therefore, an easy-to-recognize identity is needed for each underground MRT station to be identified by MRT users. This identity is reflected through the interior elements. This thesis aims to determine the role of interior elements as spatial identity and to find out to what extent the identity has occurred at the underground MRT station (Bundaran HI). The research method was carried out by reviewing literature, field observations, and interviews. The literature review covers the theory of interior elements and identity. The observation method used is the London Underground Station Design Idiom (2015) as a limitation of the analysis in seeing the identity in the design of the interior elements of the underground station. The analysis is carried out by linking the interior elements of the HI Roundabout station with the theory of identity which covers the nature of continuity, difference, and recognition."

"Proyek Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk merespon dari adanya pengembangan proyek MRT fase-2, yang membutuhkan adanya pengembangan di kawasan sekitar stasiun rencana. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan panduan konsep kawasan Transit Oriented Development. Socio (Kit) merupakan rancangan hunian sosial yang dinilai penting untuk merespon pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi serta kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal di area kota. Analisis dilakukan untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar pada rancangan hunian sosial serta menyelesaikan permasalahan yang kerap terjadi pada rancangan hunian sosial. Desain akhir menyelesaikan permasalahan utama berupa minimnya interaksi sosial, dengan ruang berupa dapur bersama yang dapat digunakan baik sebagai dapur unit kamar ataupun ruang pengolahan makanan yang didistribusikan menuju area komersil di lantai dasar. Dengan begitu penghuni Socio (Kit) dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar, interaksi sosial, serta kesejahteraan melalui pemanfaatan ruang yang terencana dan tetap merespon konteks TOD yang diterapkan pada kawasan.......This Final Project aims to respond to the development of Phase-2 MRT project, which requires development in the surrounding area of the planned station. The development is carried out following the guidelines of Transit Oriented Development concept. Socio (Kit) is a social housing design considered important to respond to the high population growth and the need for housing in the urban area. Analysis is conducted to meet the basic needs in the social housing design and address the common issues that occur in social housing designs. The final design solves the main issue of limited social interaction by providing a shared kitchen space that can be used both as a kitchen for individual rooms and as a food processing area that distributes to the commercial area on the ground floor. Consequently, Socio (Kit) residents can fulfill their basic needs, social interaction, and well-being through the well-planned utilization of space while still responding to the applied TOD context in the area."
