"Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh profesionalisme Penyidik Pajak dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja penyidik. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari penelitian sebelumnya dan teori yang telah dipublikasikan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan bersifat deduktif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap Penyidik Pajak yang berada di Direktorat Intelijen dan Penyidikan. Penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme penyidik pajak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja penyidik, budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja penyidik, kemudian profesionalisme penyidik pajak dan Budaya Organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja Penyidik. Hasil penelitian tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja penyidik, yang pada akhirnya akan berimbas terhadap kinerja organisasi penyidikan maka faktor profesionalisme, budaya organisasi perlu diperhatikan karena terbukti faktor-faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The study aims to examine the effect of tax investigators professionalism and organizational culture on the performance of tax investigation. It employed several variables which were derived from previous research and theories. The research is quantitative and deductive in nature. The research subject were tax investigators within the Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation.

The study used sample of 50 respondents. Data were processed and analyzed using SPPS. The result showe that tax investigators profesionalism has a positive and significant effect towards tax investigation performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect towards investigation performance performance, and profesionalism and organizational culture altogether positively and significantly impact the performance of tax investigation.

The results indicated that to improve the performance of tax investigators which, in turn affects the performance of the investigative organizations both profesionalism and organizational culture need to be carefully considered given of the evidence that these factors influence the performance of the investigators."

"Penyebaran Hepatitis B dapat dicegah dengan pemberian imunisasi Hepatitis B yang dimulai dari bayi baru lahir usia 0-7 hari (HB 0). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan akses imunisasi HB 0 di Indonesia. Studi dengan desain potong lintang ini menggunakan data Susenas 2016 dan Podes 2014. Sampel adalah bayi dari wanita yang pernah menikah berumur 15-49 tahun dan melahirkan bayi dengan berat lahir ≥ 2,5 Kg pada dua tahun sebelum survei dengan jumlah responden 18.407 individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 59,63% bayi memanfaatkan imunisasi HB 0. Analisis regresi logistik (logit) menunjukkan variabel pendidikan, jarak, umur ibu, wilayah tempat tinggal, regional, tempat lahir bayi dan penolong persalinan berhubungan dengan akses imunisasi HB 0. Bayi yang dilahirkan di fasilitas kesehatan dan ditolong oleh tenaga kesehatan memiliki peluang yang lebih baik. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan upaya promosi kesehatan, kemitraan tenaga kesehatan dan mendorong ibu hamil untuk bersalin di fasilitas kesehatan dan ditolong oleh tenaga kesehatan.

One of the efforts to prevent Hepatitis B infection is to give Hepatitis B birth-dose vaccine to infants at age 0-7 day (HB 0). This research aimed to analyze factors related to the access of HB 0 vaccinations in Indonesia. This cross-sectional study was using Susenas 2016 and Podes 2014 data, sample size was 18.407 babies of married women whose age between 15-49 years and gave birth baby birth weight ≥ 2,5 Kg in the last two years before the survey was done. About 59,63% infants accesses HB 0 vaccination. Logistic regression analysis model (logit) resulted marginal effects which showed variabel of age and education of the mother, region, place of birth, distance and birth attendants had relationship with access the HB 0 vaccination. To increase the HB 0 vaccination coverage, it is recommended that the government or the policy makers should improve programs and acess through health promotions, partnerships among health personnels, as well as encourage facility-based delivery."
