Abstrak :
The book features innovative scientific research by scientists, academicians and students, presented at the International Conference on Energy, Materials and Information Technology, 2017 at Amity University Jharkhand, India. Covering all the promising renewable energies and their related technologies, such as wind, solar and biomass energy, it compiles current important scientific research in this field and addresses how it can be applied in an interdisciplinary manner. The selected conference papers provide important data and parameters for utilizing the main potential renewable energies, and allowing an economic and environmental assessment. The book is a valuable resource for all those who are interested in the physical and technical principles of promising ways to utilize various renewable energies.

Abstrak :
This book highlights the traditional boundaries of the textile industry and discusses to what extent organic cotton is sustainable. It also examines the domestic and international influences of agricultural practices on cotton. Sustainability issues in the textile and fashion sectors require the influences that arise from beyond the boundaries of the conventional textile industry to be taken into account. These “external” influences—from (international or domestic) agricultural practices and energy policies to consumption patterns and levels of ecological notions of the society—have a significant impact on the sustainability of the textile and fashion sectors as a whole. Ecological and social concerns go far beyond individual companies and industries; therefore, in order to become more sustainable, the textile (and fashion) industry needs to address these concerns appropriately and connect with other disciplines, industries, communities, and international groups.

Abstrak :
This proceedings volume explores a range of sports-related topics, including sports science, exercise, sports engineering and technology, in contributions prepared by respected experts and presented at the 3rd International Colloquium on Sports Science, Exercise, Engineering and Technology (ICoSSEET2016). The goal of the conference was to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to address current challenges in various sports-related areas, and to establish vital new collaborations. The topics covered can be primarily divided into (1) Sports Science and Exercise, (2) Sports Engineering and Technology Application, and (3) Sports Industry and Management.
