"Lecturers are expected to peiform Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi involving education and learning, research, and devotion to society. In executing the job, lecturers might feel uncomfortable, nervous, insecure, wony, and powerless toward the continuity his job (job insecurity). The higher the job insecurity, the lower the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, resulting in higher turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct influence of job insecurity on turnover intentions and the indirect influence of job insecurity on the relationships between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intentions. The sample is taken from accounting lectures at Christian Universities of Central Java and Special District of Jogjakarta. We use survey method with convenience sampling approach. This study uses simple regression method and multiple regressions to test the hypotheses developed in this study. The results of the study show that job insecurity positively and significantly influences turnover intentions. The results also show that job insecurity negatively and significantly influences turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment."

"Two class pattern classification problems appeared in many applications. In some applications, the characteristic of themembers in a class is dissimilar. This paper proposed a classification system for this problem. The proposed system was developed based on the combination of kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) and support vector machines (SVMs). This system has been implemented in a two class face recognition problem. The average of the classificationrate in this face image classification is 82.5%."

"Salah satu cara untuk mengendalikan kamera web adalah dengan menggunakan DirectShow yang terintegrasi di dalam DirectX. DirectShow berperan sebagai API sehingga penggunaannya lebih mudah. Selanjutnya kamera web ini akan digunakan untuk mendeteksi gerakan obyek seperti halnya kamera pengawas. Metodenya adalah dengan membandingkan gambar acuan dengan gambar yang diambil kemudian. Jika ada perbedaan pada kedua gambar tersebutberarti sebuah gerakan telah terdeteksi.

AbstractOne of many ways to take control a web cam is by using DirectShow which is integrated in DirectX. DirectShow acts like an API therefore it is easier to use. Afterwards, web cam will be implemented to detect object?s motion as well as camera surveillance. The method isby comparing a reference image with other image which is taken lately. If there are differences between those image it means motion has been detected."
