"Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 375 Kartini Periode Bulan September Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu Analisis Resep dan Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah (Home Pharmacy Care) Pada Pasien Apotek Kimia Farma No. 375 Kartini. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker mampu memahami pengkajian resep secara administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis; memahami peran dan tugas Apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek, memahami pelaksanaan, prinsip, dan manfaat pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah.

Internship at Kimia Farma No. 375 Kartini Period September 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, and have real life perspective on pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. This internship was conducted for four weeks with special assignment Recipe Analysis and Home Pharmacy Care In Kimia Farma Pharmacy Patients. The purpose of this particular task is for prospective pharmacists to be able to understand prescription assessments administratively, pharmacically, and clinically, understand the role and duties of Pharmacists in pharmacy services at the Pharmacy, understand the implementation, principles and benefits of pharmaceutical services at home."

Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul Pembuatan ACTD Dossier Phenytoin Sodium Injection. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi Joint Venture with Fresenius Kabi Plant Jababeka adalah agar calon apoteker memahami pengkajian mutu dan penilaian produk di industri farmasi, khususnya di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi Joint Venture with Fresenius Kabi Plant Jababeka dan mengetahui mutu suatu produk pada tahun tersebut dan kesesuaianya dengan CPOB

ABSTRACTInternship at PT Ethica Industri Farmasi Joint Venture with Fresenius Kabi Plant Jababeka Period July August 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the prospective pharmacist can also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is Product Quality Review ACTD Dossier of Phenytoin Sodium Injection. The objective of this special assignment is so that prospective pharmacist is able to understand the quality of product on that year and its suitability with GMP."

"ABSTRAKReduction of free fatty acid (FFA) in used palm oil was determined after treatment of waste cooking oil with an adsorbent derived from coffee bean husk ash. Coffee husks were burned at 600 ºC for 12 hrs to obtain the adsorbent ash. Free fatty acid removal efficiency was optimized with respect to ash dosage, contact time and temperature. It was found that shaking ash (1 g) with waste palm oil (50 g) at 250 rpm and 30°C for 330 min gave the highest reduction in free fatty acids (FFA) (1966 mg/g). The adsorption isotherm was followed by Temkin (R2 = 0.9283) and Freundlich models (R2 = 0.9146). The adsorption of FFA at all adsorbent doses followed pseudo-second order kinetics (R2 = 0.9817-0.9999). A thermodynamic study revealed that the changes in enthalpy, entropy and Gibbs free energy were 89.07 kJ/mol, -0.25 kJ/mol.K and -5.15 to -12.17 kJ/mol, respectively. "ABSTRAKThe folksong of Papua is one of oral literature which contains many noble values in it. Therefore, it is necessary to preserve the folksong of the Papua, among others, by conducting a study of language functions. The purpose is to find out the various functions in the lyrics of Papuan folk songs as a form of communication in various languages in Papua. This research was conducted with a sociolinguistic approach that considered to how language is used so that it performs its functions maximally. The results of the study indicate that the language in the lyrics of the folksong of Papua has several functions, among other things, regulatory functions, interaction functions, personal functions, informative functions, and poetic functions."
