Puskesmas merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan perseorangan yang lebih mengutamakan upaya preventif dan promotif. Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah bertempat di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal 21 September 2015. PKP di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah dalam kehidupan nyata. Berdasarkan pengamatan, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar telah melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi masing ? masing dengan baik. Masalah yang terjadi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar adalah belum terpenuhinya persyaratan gudang yang baik dan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang belum berjalan secara optimal.

ABSTRACT
Public Health Center is an institution that organizes public health services who prefer preventive and promotive efforts. Profession Internship Program in Public Health Center and Local Goverment Health Office located at East Jakarta Local Goverment Health Offices and Makasar Public Health Center. This program lasted for three weeks from March 1st to September 21st 2015. Profession Internsip Program at Public Health Center and Local Government Health Office aims to make students understand the role of pharmacists in health centers and government agencies, have insight into the implementation of pharmaceutical jobs in health centers and government agencies, and have an idea will the real problems of pharmacy jobs in health centers and government agencies in real life. Based on the observations, East jakarta local goverment health office and Makassar Public Health Center has been carrying out duties and functions of well worked. Problems that occur in Makassar Public health center is not yet fulfilled the requirements of a good warehouse and clinical pharmacy services were not running optimally.

Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Hidup Baru Periode Bulan Juli Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Internship at Hidup Baru Pharmacy month period July 2017 aimed to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management and to practice pharmaceutical services according to applicable laws and ethics, then had the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, and also had the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learned strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 366 Depok periode bulan Oktober Tahun 2017 dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang undangan dan etika yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Mahasiswa melakukan praktik kerja profesi di Kimia Farma Nomor 366 Depok selama empat minggu, yaitu dari tanggal 2-31 Oktober 2017. Kegiatan yang dilakukan diantaranya Pelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO), telefarma, uji petik, membantu pelayanan resep, penerimaan barang, pembuatan booklet, stock opname, serta homecare. Selain kegiatan tersebut, mahasiswa juga mengerjakan tugas khusus yaitu Analisis Kajian Resep untuk Penderita Vertigo Bulan Oktober 2017. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pengobatan bagi penderita vertigo melalui analisis pengkajian resep. Berdasarkan hasil analisa resep yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa terdapat ketidaksesuaian terhadap kajian administratif, kajian kesesuaian farmasetik, serta ketidaksesuaian dalam pertimbangan klinis resep.

Praktek kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais Periode Juli - Agustus Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian dan memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Proffesional work practice for Apothecary at Prima Sehat Pharmacy was done for four weeks aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice the pharmaceutical service in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacy, to have a clear picture of the pharmaceutical practices issues in pharmacy and to learn strategies and activities that can be done in order to develop a pharmacy. The special assignment during proffessional work practice for Apothecary at Prima Sehat Pharmacy is making Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Hygiene and Sanitation and Administrative Governance. The purpose of this special assignment is that pharmacy have SOPs in accordance with the guidelines of Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and adapted to the facilities and infrastructure of pharmacy as well as simplify the management of pharmacy and minimize any work errors in pharmacy.

Farmalkes khususnya di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga (PKRT), mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan pada saat praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT yaitu Klasifikasi Jenis Produk Alat Kesehatan Hasil Sampling Surveillance Seluruh Indonesia Tahun 2017 di Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Internship at Fatmawati Hospital, South Jakarta was held for 6 weeks from September 4th to October 13th 2017. This internship was intended to make Apothecary students understand the role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the practice include the management of pharmaceutical, medical devices, consumable medical device and pharmacy clinical services in Hospital.
