"Skripsi ini membahas tentang kepentingan aktor serta penyebab konflik perizinan pembangunan gereja GKI Yasmin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menjelaskan kepentingan aktor-aktor yang terlibat dan menjelaskan penyebab konflik dari perspektif masing-masing aktor. Forkami ingin melindungi masyarakat dari upaya Kristenisasi, GKI Yasmin ingin membangun gerejanya, dan Pemerintah Kota Bogor ingin memelihara stabilitas di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini berhasil menemukan bahwa penyebab konflik ini bagi Forkami adalah upaya Kristenisasi di Indonesia. Menurut GKI Yasmin konflik ini timbul karena ketidaktegasan Pemerintah Kota Bogor, sedangkan pemerintah kota merasa konflik ini timbul karena masyarakat yang tidak patuh pada peraturan.

This thesis explains about the actors’ interest and the causes in the conflict of building permit for GKI Yasmin in Bogor City. This thesis is a explanative qualitative research which explain about the interests of the actors and also explain the cause of this conflict with each actor’s perspective. Forkami wants to protect the citizens from Christianisation, GKI Yasmin wants to build their Church, and the local government wants to keep the stability in the city.

This thesis shows that the cause of the conflict for Forkami is the Christianisation which happened in many places in the country. For GKI Yasmin, this conflict happened because the local government showed indecision. But the local government feels that the conflict happened because the citizens did not obey the rules which already been made."
