"[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak yang timbul daripenerapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Produktivitas perusahaan manufaktur yangterdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode penelitian dari 2004 sampaidengan 2013. Tanggung Jawab Sosial (CSR) dikenal sebagai salah satu elemenpenting dari laporan keberlanjutan, menyampaikan informasi krusial yangmenyangkut dengan aspek social, dampak lingkungan, keselamatan kerja, hakasasi manusia, dan pemanfaatan energi oleh perusahaan yang bersangkutan.Variable control yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ukuran perusahaan,kesempatan pertumbuhan, tingkat pengembaian asset (ROA) dan rasio leverage.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufakturyang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2004-2013. Data yangdigunakan adalah laporan tahunan dan laporan keuanganndari setiap perusahaanyang di kumpulkan dari Bursa efek Indonesia dan Indonesia Capital MarketDirectory (ICMD).Berdasarkan dari hasil statistik, hanya variable Tanggung Jawab Sosial(CSR) yang berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas yangdicapai perusahaan. Sementara itu, variabel kontrol lainnya berpengaruh secarabervariasi baik positif maupun negatif, tetapi tidak signifikan.

"ABSTRAKKemiskinan adalah fenomena multidimensi. Ukuran kemiskinan yang berdasarkan, tingkat konsumsi (moneter), tidak cukup dalam menjelaskan multiple deprivation yang dihadapi oleh orang miskin. Dengan mengaplikasikan kerangka metodologi multidimensional Alkire & Foster pada data Survey Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Indonesia (2011), penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa ukuran kemiskinan moneter membutuhkan ukuran multidimensi untuk melengkapi ukuran kemiskinan di Indonesia. Sekitar 62,3 persen pendudukyang dinyatakan tidak miskin oleh ukuran kemiskinan moneter dinyatakan miskin secara multidimensi.Menggunakan model logit dan order logit penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa pencapaian pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dari kepala rumah tangga meningkatkan kemungkinan untuk tidak miskin baik dalam kemiskinan moneter dan multidimensi. Makalah ini mengidentifikasi bahwa kesehatan adalah sumber utama kemiskinan multidimensi. Program asuransi kesehatan universal diperlukan. Investasi sumber daya manusia sangat penting dalam upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan.

ABSTRACT

Poverty is multidimensional phenomenon. The poverty measurement that based on consumption level is insufficient in explaining the multiple deprivations faced by poor. Applying Alkire & Foster?s multidimensional methodology framework by utilizing the National Socio Economic Survey Indonesia data (2011), this study confirmed that the monetary measure of poverty should be complemented with multidimensional poverty measure to capture comprehensive picture of deprivation in Indonesia. Around 62.3 percent of populations that monetary poverty measurement declares them as non-poor are multidimensional poor.

Using the logit and ordered logit model, this study also confirmed that a higher educational attainment of household head leads to a higher probability of being non-poor both in monetary and multidimensional poverty. The paper identifies that health is the major source of multidimensional poverty. Universal health insurance program is needed. Human investment is very important in efforts to reduce poverty."
