"Latar Belakang : Perawatan pada pasien - pasien dengan kasus celah bibir dan langit-langit unilateral melalui beberapa tahap serta kerjasama dari beberapa disiplin ilmu yang saling terkait agar hasil yang diperoleh optimal. Tindakan Alveolar Bone Grafting (ABG) adalah salah satu prosedur yang paling penting pada penanganan pasien ini. ABG sangat mempengaruhi erupsi dari gigi geligi dan stabilitas rahang atas pada pasien dengan celah bibir dan langit - langit unilateral. Hal ini menimbulkan banyak keluhan pada pasien sendiri maupun keluarganya.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh penatalaksanaan alveolar bone grafting sesuai protap di RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta terhadap besarnya nilai deformitas nasal secara antropometri melalui photogrammetri, serta melihat hasil akhir estetik yang proporsional pasca tindakan alveolar bone grafting sebagai salah satu cara untuk mengevaluasi protokol tata laksana yang tetap terhadap pasien - pasien celah bibir dan langit - langit.
Metode : Pasien celah bibir dan langit - langit unilateral pasca alveplar bone grafting dilakukan evaluasi deformitas nasal secara antropometri melalui photogrammetri dari 3 aspek yaitu: anterior,lateral dan basal.
Hasil : Pengukuran antropometri secara photogrammetri dari 3 aspek dengan landmark sebanyak 14 titik dan item jarak sebanyak 11. Evaluasi terhadap upper lip length, upper lip projection dan nostril sill elevation pada sisi non cleft dan sisi cleft. Dari uji t-test pengukuran pada upper lip length dan upper lip projection menunjukkan hasil yang bertambah secara signifikan. Dilakukan uji koreksi dengan Fisher Exam Test dengan nilai 1.
Diskusi : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesesuaian pengukuran antropometri secara photogrammetri hasil operasi pasca bone graft pasien celah bibir dan langit - langit unilateral dan menunjukkan hasil akhir estetik yang proporsional dengan nilai yang kecil.
Kesimpulan : Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa protokol tata laksana pasien celah bibir dan langit - langit di Unit Celah Bibir dan Langitan RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta memberikan hasil yang memuaskan terhadap pasien dan keluarganya dengan melihat terjadinya deformitas pada nasal dan bibir yang tidak begitu besar serta dihasilkannya estetik yang proporsional.

Background : Rehabilitation of patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate requires multi steps and coordination of multidisciplinary science and connecting to produce an optimal result. Alveolar Bone Grafting (ABG) is an important procedure in the treatment of this patients. ABG extremely to influence of the erupting teeth and the stability of the maxilla in patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate. Many complains appearance about this for patient either the family.
Aims : To evaluated the effect of alveolar bone grafting procedure at Cleft Center Harapan Kita General Hospital in order to see the broad value of nasal deformity from anthropometry with photogrammetry and aesthetic proportional patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate. To make a decision that the correct protocol for the treatment in this case.
Method : Patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate post alveolar bone grafting procedure received evaluating of nasal deformity investigated with anthropometry by photogrammetry from 3 aspect: anteriorly, laterally, and basal.
Result : Anthropometry measurement by 3 aspect of photogrammetry with landmark to consist of 14 point and 11 distance item. Evaluation of upper lip length, upper lip projection, and nostril sill elevation at cleft site and non cleft site. t-test showing that the value of upper lip length and upper lip projection is significantly increase. We do the correction test with Fisher exam test with value is 1.
Discussion : This study is showing an adaption between anthropometry measurement with photogrammetry of patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate with the result after post alveolar bone grafting procedure and aesthetic proportional as final result with small value.
Conclusion : We conclude that treatment protocol the patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate at Cleft Center Harapan Kita General Hospital to give some satisfied to patients itself and the family based on a small of nasal deformity at lip and the final result of aesthetic proporsional.

"[Latar Belakang: Magnesium merupakan biomaterial logam yang berpotensi digunakan sebagai material implan tubuh yang dapat terdegradasi. Syarat magnesium dapat digunakan sebagai material implan biodegradasi adalah laju degradasi magnesium harus memiliki kekuatan mekanis yang cukup dalam jangka waktu tertentu, sampai terjadi penyembuhan tulang, kecepatan resorbsi yang sesuai dengan kecepatan penyembuhan tulang. Aplikasi magnesium sebagai implan yang terdegradasi terhambat karena tingkat tinggi degradasi lingkungan fisiologis. Dengan adanya sifat biodegradasi magnesium maka diperlukan cara bagaimana mencegah atau menekan kecepatan laju biodegradasi sehingga dapat disesuaikan dengan proses penyembuhan tulang. Beberapa penelitian tentang magnesium telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut, antara lain dengan prosedur Equal Channel Angular Pressing ( ECAP), merupakan salah satu prosedur dari grain refinement yang dapat menurunkan laju degradasi dan meningkatkan sifat mekanis magnesium. Tujuan: Menganalisa sifat mekanis magnesium ECAP dalam perendaman dalam larutan DMEM. Metode: Sifat mekanis magnesium ECAP dianalisis setelah dilakukan perendaman dalam larutan DMEM dengan menggunakan masing-masing sepuluh sampel magnesium ECAP untuk uji bending dan sepuluh sampel magnesium ECAP uji keuletan. Sifat mekanis di analisis menggunakan nilai bending pada uji bending dan nilai keuletan pada uji keuletan. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh waktu perendaman terhadap nilai bending magnesium ECAP, nilai keuletan magnesium ECAP dan penurunan nilai bending juga nilai keuletan magnesium ECAP pada perendaman dalam larutan fisiologis DMEM., Background: Magnesium is a metal biomaterials that could potentially be used as an implant material which can be decomposed body. Requirement of magnesium can be used as an implant material is the biodegradation rate of degradation must possess sufficient mechanical strenght in a certain period of time until the healing bone resorption speed corresponding to speed bone healing, generally magnesium has a rapid rate of degradation, it is undesirable magnesium deficiency. Application of magnesium as the implant is degraded hampered by high levels of physiological environmental degradation. With the biodegradation rate of speed so it can be adapted to the bone healing process. Several studies on magnesium have been made to overcome these limitations. Among others, the ECAP procedure which is one of the grain refinement procedure that can decrease the rate of degradasi and improve the mechanical properties of magnesium. Objective: To analyze the mechanical properties of magnesium ECAP in DMEM solution immersion. Methods: Mechanical properties of magnesium ECAP analyzed after immersion in DMEM solution by using each of the ten samples of magnesium ECAP for bending test and ten samples of magnesium ECAP for ductility test. "[ABSTRAK
Penyembuhan defek tulang akibat trauma, antara lain dapat berupa trauma fisik; mekanik; kimia maupun biologik dapat dilakukan melalui terapi transplantasi tulang autogenik; allogenik; alloplastik dan xenogenik. Penggunaan material xenogenik yang paling sering digunakan dalam mempercepat penyembuhan adalah material dari bovine yang mempunyai potensi osteokonduktif sangat baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku sel osteoblas manusia terhadap paparan bovine periosteal membrane dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bovine periosteal menbrane produksi BATAN yang diujikan tidak menstimulasi proliferasi sel osteoblas setelah 24 jam pemaparan. Disamping itu, tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna terhadap ekspresi fosfatase alkali dan konsentrasi osteokalsin pada sel osteoblas yang dipapar dengan bovine periosteal membrane dibandingkan dengan kontrol

ABSTRACT
Healing of bone defects due to trauma, including physical; mechanical; chemical and biological trauma can be done through autogenic; allogenic; alloplastic and xenogenic bone transplantation therapy. The most common xenogenic material that is used for bone healing acceleration is bovine material which has excellent osteoconductive potention. The aim of this study is to determine the differences in the behavior of human osteoblast cells on exposure to bovine periosteal membrane compared with controls. The results of this study indicate that bovine periosteal membrane from BATAN is not stimulate the proliferation of osteoblast after 24 hours of exposure. Insidensi trauma maksilofasial dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti: budaya, latar belakang penduduk, ekonomi, dan kepadatan penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui insidensi kasus trauma maksilofasial yang terdapat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta RSUD Tarakan, RSUD Koja, RSUD Cengkareng, RSUD Budhi Asih, RSUD Pasar Rebo, RSKD Duren Sawit, RSUD Kepulauan Seribu . Ditemukan 957 pasien trauma maksilofasial dan 138 fraktur maksilofasial yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, penyebab dan lokasi fraktur. Kelompok usia 21-27 tahun adalah kelompok usia tertinggi dari trauma maksilofasial, jenis kelamin laki-laki 74,82 , Perempuan 25,18 dengan perbandingan 3:1. Penyebab trauma maksilofasial yang tertinggi adalah kecelakaan lalu lintas.

This study aimed to determine the incidence of maxillofacial trauma occured in the General Hospital of DKI Jakarta RSUD Tarakan, RSUD Koja, RSUD Cengkareng, RSUD Budhi Asih, RSUD Pasar Rebo, RSKD Duren Sawit, RSUD Kepulauan Seribu . Latar Belakang: Impaksi Molar 3 rahang bawah telah diketahui akan meningkatkan resiko fraktur tulang mandibula terutama di daerah angulus mandibula. Fraktur angulus mandibula sering terjadi akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas di Indonesia. Masyarakat belum mengetahui pentingnya odontektomi sebagai langkah awal pencegahan fraktur angulus mandibula.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan dari adanya fraktur angulus mandibula dengan adanya impaksi molar 3 rahang bawah.Material dan Metode: Rekam medis pasien poli Bedah Mulut dan Maksilofasial Rumah Sakit Umum kabupaten Tangerang selama periode Januari 2013-Desember 2017 dikumpulkan dan didapatkan 41 orang dengan fraktur angulus mandibula. Setiap sampel diidentifikasi adanya fraktur angulus mandibula, adanya impaksi molar 3 rahang bawah, posisi erupsi impaksi molar 3 dan kelas impaksi menurut Pell dan Gregory. Data diolah dengan uji Chi Square dan Kolmogorov Smirnov, serta ditentukan Odd Ratio. Uji hipotesis korelatif dilakukan dengan Uji Contingency Coeficient, Phi ? ? ?, Cramer rsquo;s V, dan Kendall rsquo;s Tau-b.Kesimpulan: Ditemukan hubungan antara terjadinya fraktur angulus mandibula dengan adanya impaksi molar 3 bawah mandibula dengan p = 0,01 p < 0,05 dengan Odd Ratio = 4,615; memiliki hubungan korelatif dengan p = 0,010 p < 0,05 dengan kekuatan r = 0,272 lemah . Tidak ditemukan hubungan bermakna antara fraktur angulus mandibula dengan posisi erupsi Suprabony,Infrabony p=0,375 p>0,05 . Tidak ditemukan hubungan bermakna antara fraktur angulus mandibula dengan kelas impaksi menurut Pell dan Gregory p=0,087, p>0,05 .Tidak ditemukan hubungan bermakna antara fraktur angulus mandibula dengan Jenis Kelamin p=0,763 p>0,05 . Background: Impacted third molar of mandibula have been studied to have a role in increasing mandible fracture especially in the mandibular angle region. Mandibular angle fractures are often the result of traffic accidents in Indonesia. People do not yet know the importance of odontectomy as a first step to prevent fracture of the mandibular angle.Objective: To determine whether there is association or correlation of the presence of angular fracture in the presence of lower third molar impaction.Materials and Methods: Medical records of patients with Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Tangerang District General Hospital during the period of January 2013-December 2017 were collected and obtained 41 people with mandibular angle fractures. Each sample identified an mandibular angle fracture, a lower third molar impaction, third molar impaction eruption position and an impaction class according to Pell and Gregory. The data were processed by Chi Square and Kolmogorov Smirnov, and Odd Ratio was determined. Test the correlative hypothesis with Contingency Coefficient, Phy ? ? ?, Cramer rsquo;s V, and Kendall Tau B test.Conclusion: There was found a association between the presence of mandibular angle fracture in the presence of mandibula lower 3 molar impaction with p = 0,01 p 0,05 . There was no significant association between mandibular angle fracture and Gender p = 0,763 p> 0,05 . There was no significant association between mandibular angle fracture and Age p = 1,000 p> 0,05"
