Abstrak :
In the teaching and learning process there is a strong interrelationship of teachers, students, curiculum, equipment, and infrastructure. The teacher is to select models and media which are appropriate to the learning material and hopefully this will stimulate students' interest in learning. This study of modular quantum teaching is an experimental research as an alternative to overcome teachers' problems in achieveing the learning objectives, especially in the learning of social science in elementary schools. Study was done in the Elementary Schools 06 of Cendono Kudus in 2010. The samples were taken through a cluster sampling technique and assigned into an experimental group and a control group. The data of activeness and process skills were taken through observation and achievement test. The obtain data were descriptively presented and analyzed through variant analysis. The study showed that the learning activeness of modular quantum teaching group was categorized as learning active. Meanwhile the process skills and learning activeness of expository group were categorized as skillful. Based on the test of influence, process skills, motivation and students' activeness of modular quantum teaching group had 4.9% of influence and other factors had 95.1% of influence. The t-test showed different learning achievement of the two groups. The mean score of experimental group was higher than that of control group.

Penyediaan tenaga kesehatan yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan masyarakat dan perkembangan ilmnu pengetahuan dan teknologi merupakan salah satu aspek yang berperan dalam peningkatan sistem kesehatan dan pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat salah satunya dilakukan melalui pengembangan pendidikan. Upaya yang dilakukan antara lain melalui proses perbaikan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus antara lain melalui sistem perkuliahan, peningkatan kualitas dosen dan perbaikan struktur organisasi. Sa1ah satu tugas Badan Pemberdayaan dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kesehatan (BPPSDMK) melakukan pembinaan Politeknik Kesehatan Depkes dari segi teknis dan administrasi yang menjadi Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT). PeIaksanaan pembinaan tersebut memerlukan adanya pendekatan ilmiah yang dapat digunakan dalam penetapan tolok ukur dan akhirnya dapat mendukung dalarn pengambilan keputusan dan kebijaksanaan terutama dalam hal kualitas di Poltekkes. Total Quality Management (TQM) merupakan suatu pendekatan yang mengangkat kualitas sebagai strategi usaha yang tidak hanya menekankan pada kualitas produk akhir, tetapi juga mengutamakan pada kualitas proses, lingkungan kerja dan sumber daya rnanusianya dan rnelibatkan pueuk pimpinan dalam penetapan tolok ukur suatu kualitas produk atau jasa. Adanya permasalahan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dan kinerja para dosen akan berdampak ke efektifitas kerja, sehingga memerlukan adanya pengukuran pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kinerja dan kepuasan terhadap efektifitas kerja dosen. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan garnbaran faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas kerja, sehingga diharapkan pelaksanaan pembinaan dapat difokuskark pada faktor yang mempunyai kontribusi besar terhadap efektifitas kerja. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kinerja dan kepuasan terhadap efektifitas kerja dosen yang bekerja di Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta 11 Depkes Tahun 2007. Hipotesis dalarn penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja, kinerja dan kepuasan terhadap efektifitas kerja dosen yang bekerja di Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta II Depkes Tahun 2007. Bekerja baik dosen tetap maupun tidak tetap di Poltekkes Jakarta II. Sarnpel yang diambil adalah seluruh pegawai tetap di 7 (tujuh) jurusan di Poltekkes Jakarta II. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Pada penelitian ditetapkan jumlah seluruh samplel adaIah sebanyak 60 dosen. Hasil analisa dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program LISREL dan didapat variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan koefisien pengaruh sebesar 0.39% atau 39%. Kinerja mempengaruhi efektifitas kerja dengan koefisien pengaruh sebesar 0.50 atau 50%. Variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melaiui kinerja dengan koefisien pengaruh sebesar 0.19 atau 19% dan sisanya 0.41 atau 41% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang berada di luar model. Kesimpulan : pengaruh iangsung yang signifikan terdapat pada variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh langsung antara kinerja dan efektifitas kerja. Hasil analisis keseluruhan didapat model akhir yang menggarnbarkan hubungan antara lingkungan kerja, kinerja dan efektifitas, dimana lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi efektifitas kerja secara tidak 1angsung meIalui kinerja sebesar 0.19 atau 19%. Saran : Bagi pihak Poltekkes Jakarta II sebaiknya dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang efektifitas kerja yang melibatkan indikator yang lebih beragam dan melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai penilai. Bagi Badan PPSDM Kesehatan perlu adanya penetapan penetapan kebijakan yang rnendukung perbaikan dan peningkatan mutu di Poltekkes. ......Providence of health professionals, which is oriented to the public's needs and to the development of sciences and technology, is one of the many aspects that plays the role in enhancing the health system and health services which are provided for the public; one among which is done through developing education. The effort is done such as through a process of improvement which is performed continuously among others through lectures' system, enhancing the lecturers' quality and improving the structure of organization. One of the duties of Human Health Resources Empowerment and Development Board (BPPSDMK) is constructing technically and administratively the Health Polytechnics of the Ministry of Health which become the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT). The constructing implementation requires a scientific approach which can be used in setting the standards and finally can support in making decisions and policies especially in the matter of quality of the Health Polytechnics. Total Quality Management (TQM) is an approach which raises quality as an effort strategy that not only emphasizes on the quality of the end products but also prioritizes the quality of process, working environment and human resources as well as the involvement of the top leaders in setting the standards for the quality of products or services. The existence of problems which influences satisfaction and performance of lecturers will have an impact on effectiveness of work such that it requires the measurement of how much influence do working environment, performance and satisfaction have on effectiveness of lecturers work. Based on all of those, it is thus required to have profiles on any factor that has influence over effectiveness of work so that the training implementation can hopefully be focussed on to factors which have great influence on effectiveness of work. The research objective is to determine the influence that working environment, teaching performance and satisfaction have over the effectiveness of lecturers' work among lecturers who work in Jakarta Health Polytechnic II Ministry of Health in the year 2007. The study hypothesis is that there exist an influence among working environment, teaching performance and satisfaction on the effectiveness of lecturers' work among lecturers who work in Jakarta Health Polytechnic II Ministry of Health in the year 2007. The study population is all working lecturers, full-time as well as part-time lectures, in Jakarta Health Polytechnic II. Selected samples are all full-time staff from 7 (seven) different majors in Jakarta Health Polytechnic II. Sample selection technique is done using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. In this study the total number of samples have been set to be as many as 60 lecturers. Results of analysis and hypothetical testing using LISREL program find that working environment variable has influence over performance with a coefficient of 0.39 or 39%. Performance influences the effectiveness of work with a coefficient of 0.50 or 50%. Working environment has indirect influence through performance with a coefficient of 0.19 or 19%. The remaining 0.41 or 41% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Conclusion: Direct significant influence exists in working environment variable over performance as well as direct influence between performance and the effectiveness of work. From the overall results of analysis, a final model is obtained, which illustrates the association among working environment, performance and effectiveness whereby working environment influences the effectiveness of work indirectly through performance with a coefficient of 0.19 or 19%. Advice: For Jakarta Health Polytechnic II is better to conduct further research regarding the effectiveness of work which involves a more variety of indicators and which involves students as evaluators. For BPPSDMK is mandatory to have policy setting which supports the improvement and enhancement of quality in health polytechnics.

Dalam menghadapi persaingan antar perguruan tinggi, membangun loyalitas mahasiswa sangat diperlukan, karena dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi perguruan tinggi. Manfaat lersebut diperoleh sejak mahasiswa masih menjalankan studi maupun setelah mereka Iulus. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas merupakan faktor pendorong terciptanya loyalitas mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kualitas pengajaran terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa pada STIE Indonesia Banking School. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model penelitian dari Hennig-Thurau, Langer dan Hansen (2001), yang melakukan pengujian terhadap pengaruh variabel kualitas relasional (persepsi kualitas pengajamn, komitmen kognitit; komitmen afektif komitmen pada tujuan studi dan kepercayaan) terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa pada perguruan tinggi di Jerman. Fokus pada penelitian ini, pada tingkatan pertama (first order variable) dari model Hennig-Thurau e! al. (2001). Variabel-variabel (second order variable) yang membangun komitmen afektif pada perguruan tinggi tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa strata satu angkatan 2007 ke atas dan masih aktif mcngikuti perkuliahaan. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan structural equation model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi kualitas pengajaran tidak berpengaruh secara Iangsung terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa. Persepsi kualitas pengajaran berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa melalui variabel komitmen afektif dan komitmen pada tujuan Studi. Sedangkan variabel kepercayaan dan komitmen kognitif tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa.
In getting advantage in stifT competition, it is very important to build student loyalty for the education entities because it can give benefit in the long temm. The beneiit gained from the loyalty of the student is not only appear during their study term but also tilrther until they graduate and leave the university. Moreover, the quality improvement is also a key factor that influence student loyalty. Therefor, this research generally intended to examine the effect of perceived quality of teaching toward student loyalty on STH3 Indonesia Banking School. This research is based on research model which was developed by Hennig Thurau, Langer and Hansen (2001) which investigated the impact of relationship of quality variables (perceived quality of teaching, cognitive commitment, affective commitment, goal conunitment and trust) toward student loyalty at several university in Germany. The main focus of this research is only on the first order variables of Hennig-'I`hurau et al. (2001) model. The second order variables within this model which are build affective commitment in the university are not included in this research. The respondent of this research are the student ofthe class of 2007 and onward, and still enrolled. Furthennore, the data collections is analyzed by structural equation model (SEM). The result of this analysis showed that perceived quality of teaching does not have a direct eifect on student loyalty. On the other hand, perceived quality of teaching have an impacts to the student loyalty through attective commitment and goal commitment. Moreover, trust and cognitive commitment does not have an impacts to student loyalty either.

Satu fenomena masalah pendidikan khususnya SMP di Kabupaten Belitung Timur yaitu rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran. Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk memajukan proses pembelajaran di sekolah, serta meningkatkan kemampuan profesional guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui pembelajaran yang efektif.Guru sebagai pengelola pembelajaran memegang kendali untuk keberhasilan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran.Tesis ini membahas pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran SMP di Kabupaten Belitung Timur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatip. Hasil penelitian adalah kinerja guru mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan supervisi yang tepat akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sehingga siswa dapat belajar secara efektif dan prestasi belajar juga meningkat.
The low of learning quality is one the phenomenon faced by SMP in Belitung Timur. The Principal as the supervisor has rule and responsibility, not only in improving teaching learning process but also to chance teacher's professional growth in order to increase the quality of learning through effective learning. The research was conducted to explain the influence of principal supervising and teacher performance toward learning quality in SMP Belitung Timur District. The research applied quantitative, and explanating method.The result of the research teacher performance coefecient has significantly influence toward learning quality. The proper implementation of supervision has contributed to teacher performance. This, It will make students are able to study effectively in order to increase their learning high learning achievement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara teacher efficacy kepuasan kerja pada guru SD Negeri inklusi. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah guru SD Negeri inklusi yang berada di wilayah JABODETABEK sebanyak 77 orang. Kepuasan kerja diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti berdasarkan instrumen JSS (Job Satisfaction Survey) yang dikembangkan oleh Paul E. Spector (1985) yang terdiri atas sembilan aspek kepuasan kerja seperti gaji, kenaikan pangkat, atasan, imbalan, penghargaan, kondisi operasi kerja, Rekan kerja, pekerjaan itu sendiri dan komunikasi. Teacher efficacy diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur yang dimodifikasi oleh Winafaisal (2010) berdasarkan instrumen OSTES (Ohio State Teacher Efficacy Sense) yang dikembangkan oleh Tschannen-Moran & Woolfolk Hoy (2001) dengan tiga dimensi yakni Efficacy in Student Engagement, Efficacy in Instructional Strategies dan Efficacy in Classroom. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan teacher efficacy mengunakan teknik korelasi pearson (r = 0.249). Aspek nature of work pada kepuasan kerja juga memiliki korelasi positif dengan teacher efficacy (korelasi parsial = 0,336). Implikasi dari penelitian ini penting bagi pengembangan dunia pendidikan inklusi di Indonesia khususnya yang berkaitan dengan teacher efficacy dan kepuasan kerja bagi guru sekolah dasar negeri inklusi.
The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is any between teacher efficacy and job satisfaction among public inclusive elementary school teachers. Participants of this study are inclusive public elementary school teacher located around JABODETABEK. Job satisfaction was measured by instrument modified by researcher based on JSS (Job Satisfaction Survey) which originally developed by Paul E. Spector (1985) with nine aspect of job satisfaction (Pay, Promotion, Supervision, Fringe Benefit, Contingen reward, Operating condition, Co-worker, Nature of work and Communication). Teacher efficacy was measured by instrument modified by Winafaisal (2010) based on OSTES (Ohio State Teacher Efficacy Sense) originally developed by Tschannen-Moran & Woolfolk Hoy (2001) with three dimention (Efficacy in Student Engagement, Efficacy in Instructional Strategies and Efficacy in Classroom Management). This current study shows that there is a significant correlation between job satisfaction and teacher efficacy using Pearson Correlation (r=0,249). The nature of work aspect in job satisfaction also has positive correlation with instructional engagement aspect in teacher efficacy (partial correlation= 0,336). This study has important implications for the development of inclusive education in Indonesia, particularly those related to teacher efficacy and job satisfaction for public inclusive elementary school teachers.
