"Tesis ini membahas tentang dampak berlakunya ASEAN-China Free Trade Area terhadap sektor pertanian di Indonesia. Berlakunya ACFTA secara bertahap menimbulkan permasalahan baru terhadap sektor pertanian di Indonesia. Pertanian yang seharusnya menjadi sektor utama peningkatan perkenomian Indonesia. Dalam subsektor holtikultura yang merasakan dampak yang paling signifikan dengan melonjaknya impor dari China, dan dalam subsektor perkebunan yang merasakan dampak positif dari pemberlakuan ACFTA ini karena permintaan ekspor dari China semakin meningkat. pemerintah mempunyai peran penting dalam melindungi produk pertanian di Indonesia akibat dari dampak ACFTA ini.

The focus of this thesis is the impact of the validity into force of the ASEANChina Free Trade Area towards the agricultural sector in Indonesia. ACFTA gradually led to the validity of new problem to the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The agricultural sector should be a major increase in Indonesian economy. In the education subsector feel the impact the most significant with skyrocketing imports from China, and in a sense the subsector estates had a positive impact of the validity of this because of the export request ACFTA China was increasing. Government has an important role in protecting agricultural products in Indonesia as a result of ACFTA."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh penerapan ACFTA terhadap ekspor Indonesia sub sektor pertambangan, pertanian, dan industri ke negara-negara ASEAN dan China. Penelitian ini melengkapi penelitian sebelumnya mengenai ACFTA. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data ekspor Indonesia sub sektor pertambangan, pertanian, dan industri ke negara-negara ASEAN dan China selama 15 tahun dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan tahun 2014. Pengujian dilakukan dengan model data panel fixed effect. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ACFTA meningkatkan ekspor Indonesia sub sektor pertanian ke negara-negara ASEAN dan China. Namun, tidak berpengaruh terhadap ekspor pertambangan dan industri. Variabel pendapatan dan produksi berpengaruh positif terhadap ekspor Indonesia sub sektor pertambangan, pertanian, dan industri. Variabel harga hanya berpengaruh terhadap ekspor sub sektor industri.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ACFTA on Indonesia 39 s export of mining, agriculture, and industry to the ASEAN countries and China. This study complements previous research regarding the ACFTA. The data used in this research is Indonesian export data mining, agriculture, and industry sub sector to the ASEAN countries and China for 15 years from 2000 until 2014. The tests were conducted with fixed effect panel data model.

The results of this study indicate that ACFTA increase Indonesian exports agricultural sub sector to the ASEAN countries and China. However, no effect on export of mining and industry. Income and production have positive effect on export of mining, agriculture, and industry. Variable prices only affect export of industry sub sector."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang dampak berlakunya ASEAN-China Free Trade Area terhadap industri tekstil dan produk tekstil di Indonesia. Berlakunya ACFTA secara bertahap menimbulkan permasalahan baru terhadap sektor TPT di Indonesia. Kondisi tekstil Indonesia yang dari awal tidak stabil kembali terguncang dengan banyaknya pabrik tutup sehingga menimbulkan pengangguran. Produsen TPT pun beralih menjadi pedagang yang memicu gejala deindustrialisasi. Pemerintah pun dianggap perlu untuk turun tangan mengatasi permasalahan ini. Kesepakatan yang dianggap mendukung pasar bebas dan meningkatkan persaingan yang sehat nyatanya hanya menambah daftar keterpurukan sektor TPT di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian hukum normatif untuk memahami penerapan norma-norma hukum terhadap fakta-fakta.

This thesis discusses the impact of entry into force of the ASEANChina Free Trade Area of the textile industry and textile products in Indonesia. Applicability ACFTA gradually raises new problems of textile sector in Indonesia. Condition of Indonesia's textile unstable from the beginning again shaken with thousands of factories closed, causing unemployment. Textile manufacturers were turning to vendors that trigger symptoms of de-industrialization. The government also considered necessary to intervene to overcome this problem. The deal is considered to support the free market and increase competition in fact only adds to the list of the downturn in the textile sector this Indonesia. This study uses normative legal analysis to understand the application of legal norms tofacts."
