AJB Bumiputera juga mulai memperhatikan tingkat layanan Departemen TI khususnya dalam hal penanganan insiden. Penanganan insiden TI menjadi semakin penting bagi PT. AJB Bumiputera mengingat semakin tingginya ketergantungan proses bisnis PT. AJB Bumiputera terhadap TI. Penanganan insiden yang kurang tepat seringkali menyebabkan terganggunya proses bisnis dan menurunkan kinerja PT. AJB Bumiputera, oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem pengelolaan insiden yang sesuai dengan kondisi PT. AJB Bumiputera sehingga setiap insiden yang terjadi dapat diselesaikan sesuai dengan harapan PT. AJB Bumiputera dan memungkinkan terus menerus dilakukannya peningkatan kualitas layanan TI.Tahapan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan untuk merencanakan manajemen insiden di PT. AJB Bumiputera dimulai dengan pengumpulan requirement, kemudian bersamaan dengan itu dilakukan studi terhadap model MOF yang telah banyak menjadi standar dalam manajemen pelayanan TI khususnya manajemen penanganan insiden. Kemudian dilakukan perencanaan sistem manajemen insiden berdasarkan panduan model MOF dan requirement yang muncul dari PT. AJB Bumiputera sehingga sistem manajemen insiden yang dirancang akan sesuai dengan kondisi PT. AJB Bumiputera. Dalam laporan ini perancangan akan menggunakan pendekatan terhadap tiga komponen utama dari manajemen insiden yaitu SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia), proses yang berjalan dalam manajemen insiden dan teknologi pendukung serta integrasi diantara ketiganya sehingga membentuk satu sistem manajemen insiden yang utuh."

Kapasitas melayani voter ini dicapai oleh RESTful ASP.NET pada jumlah koneksi 100 dan dicapai oleh RESTful Symfony pada jumlah koneksi 10 dengan keduanya memiliki tingkat akurasi 100 %.......RESTful web services of ASP.NET dan Symfony have different performance record in E-Voting. RESTful of ASP.NET has better performance in terms of throughput and latency compared to Symfony. This better performance relate to efficient use of server resources by RESTful of ASP.NET. The differences in performance result indicate different capacity for both RESTful. RESTful of ASP.NET is estimated can serve 76.190 voters and Symfony can serve 52.458 voters in 6 hours. Serving capacity of voters is achieved by RESTful of ASP.NET on 100 connections and achieved by RESTful of Symfony on 10 connections with 100 % accuracy for both RESTful."
