"[ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Safa Jakarta Selatan.
Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 5 sampai dengan
tanggal 28 Februari 2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker dapat
menegerti serta memahami peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memperoleh
wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata
akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Mahasiswa
apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang
dilakukan di apotek. Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi
pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika,
pengelolaan psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan non teknis
kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk
pembayaran, penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan, dan pembuatan
Laporan Ikhtisar Penjualan Harian (LIPH). Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang
dilakukan, APA di Apotek Safa Jakarta Selatan secara garis besar belum
melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan
teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan non teknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Safa Jakarta
Selatan adalah ketiadaan APA dalam apotek sehingga wewenang pekerjaan teknis
dan non teknis kefarmasian diberikan kepada Asisten Apoteker Apotek Safa.ABSTRACT Profession Internship at pharmacy was held at Apotek Safa Jakarta Selatan. This

"ABSTRAK
Puskesmas merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan perseorangan yang lebih mengutamakan upaya preventif dan promotif. Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah bertempat di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal 21 September 2015. PKP di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah dalam kehidupan nyata. Berdasarkan pengamatan, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar telah melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi masing ? masing dengan baik. Masalah yang terjadi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar adalah belum terpenuhinya persyaratan gudang yang baik dan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang belum berjalan secara optimal.
ABSTRACT
Public Health Center is an institution that organizes public health services who prefer preventive and promotive efforts. Profession Internship Program in Public Health Center and Local Goverment Health Office located at East Jakarta Local Goverment Health Offices and Makasar Public Health Center. This program lasted for three weeks from March 1st to September 21st 2015. Profession Internsip Program at Public Health Center and Local Government Health Office aims to make students understand the role of pharmacists in health centers and government agencies, have insight into the implementation of pharmaceutical jobs in health centers and government agencies, and have an idea will the real problems of pharmacy jobs in health centers and government agencies in real life. Based on the observations, East jakarta local goverment health office and Makassar Public Health Center has been carrying out duties and functions of well worked. Problems that occur in Makassar Public health center is not yet fulfilled the requirements of a good warehouse and clinical pharmacy services were not running optimally."

Apoteker di Apotek memiliki peran untuk mengelola perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi
klinik. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 bertujuan agar calon
apoteker dapat memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta
melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika
yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk
melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan
praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam
rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Kegiatan yang dilakukan diantaranya praktek meracik
sediaan kapsul dan puyer, praktek menyiapkan obat non racikan, mengemas obat serta menulis
etiket dan kwitansi dalam pelayanan resep, dan diskusi dengan Apoteker tentang Apotek Kimia
Farma No. 50. Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 perlu melakukan upaya untuk menambah kegiatan
farmasi klinik yang memungkinkan seperti Pelayanan Kefarmasian di rumah (home pharmacy
care), Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO), dan Monitoring Efek Samping Obat (MESO) untuk
meningkatkan pelayanan kefarmasian ABSTRACT Pharmacy is a place where pharmacist do pharmaceutical practice. Pharmacist at
Pharmacy has role to manage pharmaceutical supply and clinical pharmacy service. The purposes
of Internship Program in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 are for understanding about the roles and
responsibilities of pharmacist candidate in pharmaceutical practice and management, having
perceptions, knowledge, skills, real experiences and illustrations about pharmaceutical practice
problems which probably happen, and finding strategic ways to develop pharmaceutical practices.
The activities were doing dispensing capsules and powders, preparing non-compounded drugs,
doing packaging and writing etiquette in the service of the recipe, and discussion with the
Pharmacist about Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50. Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 need to do effort for
adding clinical pharmacy activities like Home Care Pharmacy, Monitoring Drug Therapy, and
Monitoring of Drug Side Effect to increase pharmaceutical service. ;Pharmacy is a place where pharmacist do pharmaceutical practice. Pharmacist at

Praktik Kerja Profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat Periode Bulan April Tahun 2016 ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam melakukan praktik kerja kefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika kefarmasian yang berlaku, mengetahui bagaimana pelayanan resep di puskesmas, serta menambah pengetahuan dan melatih keterampilan dalam bekerja. Selain itu praktik kerja ini diharapkan dapat melatih para calon Apoteker untuk terampil dalam menghadapi dunia nyata. Praktik kerja di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru ini dilakukan selama dua minggu yaitu dari tanggal 5-15 April 2016 dengan tugas khusus yaitu Pelayanan Obat kepada Pasien Melalui Leaflet.

Profession Internship Program at Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru in Central Jakarta on April 2016 aims to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in doing work practices of pharmacy at puskesmas in according with provisions of legislation and pharmaceutical ethics, also to know how to care prescription in health centers, as well as increase knowledge and practice skills in work. Profession Internship Program is expected to train the skill of candidate pharmacists in the real world. Working practices in Puskesmas Johar Baru was conducted over two weeks from 5 to 15 April 2016, with a special task that is Service Drug Information to Patients Through Leaflet."

Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Analisis Implementasi Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal Pada Industri Farmasi rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Johnson Johnson Indonesia adalah agar industri farmasi bisa dengan matang dalam mepersiapkan diri menghadapi era halal. Setelah melakukan praktek kerja di PT Johnson Johnson Indonesia, penulis telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di bagian Regulatory Affairs.

In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is ldquo;Analysis of Jaminan Produk Halal Law rsquo;s Implementation for Pharmaceutical Industries rdquo;. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Rekapitulasi Laporan Kegiatan Pembinaan, Pengawasan, dan Pengendalian Binwasdal Apotek Bulan Desember 2017 ndash; Januari 2018 rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di Suku Dinas Kesehatan adalah calon apoteker memahami kegiatan Binwasdal. Setelah melakukan praktek kerja di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, penulis telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di Seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan.
Internship at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur Period January 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities, as well as the main tasks and functions of the pharmacist at Seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan. In addition, prospective pharmacists can also have a real picture of the problem of pharmaceutical work in government, have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work in government. The special task given is entitled Recapitulation of the Report of Pharmacy Pharmacy Supervision, Supervision and Control Activities in December 2017 - January 2018 . The purpose of carrying out special tasks at the Health Office is that prospective pharmacists understand Binwasdal activities. After carrying out work practices at the East Jakarta Administrative City Health Office, the author has gained the ability to understand the role, duties, insights and responsibilities of the pharmacist and provide solutions to problems in the Health Resources Section."

"Apoteker merupakan seorang tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki peran dalam aspek-aspek terkait proses pembuatan, distribusi, dan pelayanan obat-obatan. Dalam rangka mendukung terwujudnya masyarakat yang sehat, seorang apoteker perlu untuk memahami peran dan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) pada periode Juli-Desember 2021 dapat menjadi sarana bagi seorang calon apoteker dalam memperoleh pemahaman tersebut. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja di RS Universitas Indonesia dapat membantu dalam mempelajari peran apoteker di farmasi rumah sakit. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja di Apotek Roxy Biak menjadi sarana dalam memahami peran apoteker di apotek. Oleh sebab itu, penyusunan laporan praktik kerja ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan beberapa topik dan pembahasan yang diberikan oleh setiap tempat praktik kerja.

In order to support the realization of a healthy society, apothecary needs to understand the role and work of pharmacy. The implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Internship (PKPA) in the July-December 2021 period can be a means for a prospective apothecary to gain this understanding. Implementation of internship at University of Indonesia Hospital can assist in studying the role of apothecary in the pharmaceutical care. The implementation of internship at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy is a means of understanding the role of apothecary in pharmacies. Therefore, the preparation of this internship report aims to describe some of the topics and discussions provided by each internship location."
