Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas tentang perubahan sikap Partai Gerindra dalam proses pengisian posisi Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta pengganti Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno pada tahun 2018-2020. Perspektif teoritis yang digunakan adalah teori pilihan rasional dan teori office seeking. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer yang diperoleh dari proses wawancara mendalam. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perubahan sikap Partai Gerindra dalam proses pengisian posisi Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta pengganti Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno tahun 2018-2020 disebabkan oleh dua hal. Pertama, adanya kecenderungan pilihan rasional dalam sikap Partai Gerindra dan PKS yang dilihat dari sikap Partai Gerindra yang menyetujui persyaratan yang diajukan oleh PKS mengenai posisi Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta demi memperoleh rekomendasi dukungan untuk paslon Prabowo-Sandi di pilpres 2019. Di sisi lain, PKS mengajukan persyaratan agar posisi Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta yang kosong dapat diisi oleh kadernya sebagai pengganti dari posisi cawapres dan sebagai timbal balik atas rekomendasi dukungan yang diberikan di pilpres 2019. Kedua, adanya kecenderungan office seeking dari kedua partai politik yang bersaing dalam memperebutkan posisi Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta yang kosong terutama yang ditunjukkan oleh Partai Gerindra yang berhasil menjadikan kadernya sebagai Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta terpilih hingga sisa masa jabatan periode 2017-2022 berakhir. ......This research is explained about the change in the attitude of the Gerindra Party in the process of filling the position of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta to replace Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno in 2018-2020. The theoretical perspectives used are rational choice theory and office seeking theory. This study uses qualitative methods with primary data collection techniques obtained from in-depth interviews. This study found that the change in the attitude of the Gerindra Party in the process of filling the position of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta to replace Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno in 2018-2020 was caused by two things. First, there is a tendency of rational choice in the attitude of the Gerindra Party and PKS as seen from the attitude of the Gerindra Party which agreed to the conditions proposed by PKS regarding the position of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta in order to obtain a recommendation for support for the Prabowo-Sandi candidate in the 2019 presidential election. On the other hand, PKS proposed the requirements for the vacant position of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta to be filled by its cadres as a substitute for the position of cawapres and in return for the recommendations for support given in the 2019 presidential election. Second, there is a tendency for office seeking from both political parties to compete for the position of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta. vacancies, especially those shown by the Gerindra Party, which succeeded in making its cadres as Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta elected until the remaining term of office for the 2017-2022 period ended.

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang peran dr. Muwardi dari pemimpin Barisan Pelopor Jakarta hingga menjadi tokoh oposisi saat revolusi Indonesia. Dokter Muwardi merupakan pahlawan nasional yang aktif dalam bidang kedokteran, kepanduan hingga kelaskaran. Sifat patriotisme dan humanisme dr. Muwardi berkembang dari latar belakang organisasi serta pengalamannya. Artikel ini ditulis menggunakan metode sejarah, dengan pengumpulan data berupa arsip dokumen terjilid, surat kabar, buku, dan jurnal yang diperoleh melalui Arsip Nasional, Perpustakaan Nasional, Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia, Museum Sumpah Pemuda, Museum dr. Muwardi dan secara daring. Data juga diperoleh dengan wawancara bersama keluarga dr. Muwardi. Kebaruan dalam artikel ini adalah penggunaan sumber arsip dan koran sezaman yang memberikan temuan baru mengenai peran dr.Muwardi. Fokus kajian ini terdapat dalam pembentukan dan perubahan sikap dr.Muwardi sejak aktif dalam organisasi kepanduan hingga komandan laskar yang revolusioner serta bersikap oposisi terhadap pemerintah pusat Republik Indonesia pada masa revolusi. Temuan dalam kajian ini bahwa latar belakang kehidupan dan organisasi mampu membuat perubahan sikap yang fundamental dalam diri dr. Muwardi. Hal ini ditemukan dalam tulisan-tulisan dr. Muwardi dalam arsip, koran sezaman hingga keputusan yang ia buat ketika dalam kepanduan hingga kelaskaran. Keputusan tersebut merupakan sikap dr.Muwardi yang terbentuk atas pola asuh serta pengalaman organisasinya. ......This article examines the role of dr. Muwardi from the leader of the Barisan Pelopor Jakarta to becoming an opposition leader during the Indonesian revolution. Doctor Muwardi is a national hero who was active in medicine, scouting and militia. The patriotism and humanism of dr. Muwardi were developed from his organizational background and experience. This article was written using the historical method, with data collection in the form of archives of bound documents, newspapers, books, and journals obtained through the National Archives, National Library, University of Indonesia Library, Sumpah Pemuda Museum, Museum of dr. Muwardi and online resources. Data were also obtained by interviewing the family of dr. Muwardi. The novelty in this article is the use of archival sources and contemporary newspapers which provide new findings regarding the role of dr.Muwardi. The focus of this study is in the formation and change in the character of dr. Muwardi since he was active in scouting organizations to the revolutionary militia commander and was in opposition to the central government of the Republic of Indonesia during the revolution. The findings in this study proves that the background of life and organization of dr.Muwardi are able to change his character. It can be found in the writings of dr. Muwardi at the archives and contemporary newspapers, also the decisions he made when he was scouting to militia. This decision symbolizes the attitude of dr. Muwardi which was formed on his upbringing and organizational experience.
