"ABSTRAKSalah satu penyakit tidak menular yang memiliki persentase tertinggi sebagai penyebab kematian adalah penyakit kardiovaskuler yang erat kaitannya dengan hipertensi. Provinsi Bangka Belitung merupakan provinsi dengan prevalensi hipertensi tertinggi berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara obesitas dengan hipertensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan menggunakan data Riskesdas tahun 2013. Sampel penelitian yang diteliti adalah anggota rumah tangga usia ≥ 18 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi hipertensi di Provinsi Bangka Belitung tahun 2013 adalah sebesar 28,4% (26,8%-30,1%) dan prevalensi obesitas di Provinsi Bangka Belitung tahun 2013 adalah sebesar 17,3% (15,9%-18,8%). Penduduk yang obesitas berisiko 2,9 kali lebih tinggi untuk hipertensi dibandingkan dengan penduduk yang tidak obesitas setelah dikontrol variabel konfounding. Faktor yang menjadi konfounding dalam hubungan antara obesitas dengan hipertensi dalam penelitian ini adalah usia (OR=3,4), pendidikan (OR=1,4), wilayah tempat tinggal (OR=1,3) dan status sosial-ekonomi (OR=1,3 (rendah); 1,3 (menengah)). Dibutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan metode kualitatif untuk mengetahui gambaran pola makan penduduk di Provinsi Bangka Belitung dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya.

ABSTRACTOne of non-communicable diseases that has highest percentage as causal of death is cardiovascular disease which associated with high blood pressure (hypertension). Bangka Belitung is a province which had the highest prevalence of hypertension based on Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) 2013. This study conducted to determine the association between obesity and hypertension. This study used cross sectional study design and used data of Riskesdas 2013. Sample of this study is 18 years old or above household member in Bangka Belitung Province who meet inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result showed that prevalence of hypertension in Bangka Belitung Province 2013 is 28,4% (26,8%-30,1%) and prevalence of obesity in Bangka Belitung Province is 17,3% (15,9%-18,8%). Citizen who suffered obesity can increase risk 2,9 times higher than citizen who didn?t suffer obesity after other variables was controlled. Confounding variables in association between obesity and hypertension are age (OR=3,4), education level (OR=1,4), residence (OR=1,3), and sosial-economy status (OR=1,3 (low); 1,3 (middle)). Further qualitative study is needed to know about citizen?s eating behavior and factors that associate with it."

"Sektor pariwisata Kabupaten Belitung menerima penghargaan sebagai Indeks Destinasi Tertinggi Ketiga dan sekaligus sebagai destinasi yang menjanjikan di Indonesia, namun Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung masih kurang memaksimalkan pembangunan sektor pariwisatanya. Penelitian ini menggambarkan mengenai Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Pariwisata di Kabupaten Belitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung belum dapat mengatasi permasalahan dasar dalam pembangunan destinasi pariwisata di Kabupaten Belitung akibat kepemilikan aset, kemudian dari segi promosi Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung masih berpihak pada produk dari pengusaha menengah ke atas, dari segi industri Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung sudah mengintegrasikan industri produk koperasi dan UMKM dari masyarakat ke dalam Galeri KUMKM Belitung, yang terakhir dari segi kelembagaan Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung memang sudah membentuk beberapa komunitas untuk sektor pariwisata tetapi saat ini komunitas tersebut hanya sekedar formalitas.

Tourism sector of Belitung Regency has received the award for Top Three Destinations Index as well as a promising destination in Indonesia, but the Government is still lack of maximizing the development of Belitung tourism sector. This study illustrates the Tourism Development Policy Implementation in Belitung Regency. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The result of this research can be described as follows, The Government of Belitung Regency can not resolve the underlying problems in the development of tourism destinations in Belitung Regency as the effect of the ownership of the asset. In terms of the promotion, Belitung Regency is still in favor of products from medium entrepreneurs to the top. In terms of industry, Belitung Regency has integrated industry products of cooperatives and SMEs from the community and put them to the Gallery KUMKM Belitung. Eventually, in terms of institution, Belitung Regency has initiate several communities to the tourism sector but at this moment the community is just a mere formality."
