Pertanyaan yang harus ditanyakan sekarang adalah Jenis bangunan seperti apa yang cocok dengan visi dan misi Curtin yaitu untuk melihat terus kedepan Salah satu professor di Curtin University mengusulkan pendekatan desain lipstick deciduous. Now the question is What kind of building that can reflect and accommodate Curtin Universitys motto which serves as its vision as well, to Look Ever Forward DR Chamila Subasinghe an architecture professor at Curtin University proposed the lipstick-deciduous design method. Instead of designing something that only appealing aesthetically (lipstick design) he proposed the design to be something that can evolve through adaptive use as time goes by to the future (deciduous design). "Berbagai karakter dan fungsi dari threshold memberikan kemungkinan kepada user untuk beraktivitas dan mengokupansi ruang. Okupansi dalam threshold bergantung pada interaksi antara user dengan elemen interioritas dan eksterioritas ruang, yakni elemen spasial berupa boundaries dan atmosfer sehingga menentukan habitation dan waktu sebagai elemen pembentuk okupansi.Skripsi ini akan membahas mengenai potensi elemen interioritas dalam threshold di ruang publik dan pengaruh elemen interioritas terhadap okupansi manusia di dalamnya. Melalui studi literatur terhadap threshold, interioritas, serta bagaimana hal ini mempengaruhi okupansi di dalamnya, dan juga pengamatan dan analisis studi kasus pada Eco Skywalk Neo SOHO-Central Park Mall, skripsi ini menemukan bahwa okupansi pada threshold di ruang publik dipengaruhi oleh elemen interioritas seperti boundaries, atmosfer, habitation dan waktu.......Various character and function of a threshold space create possibility for user actively occupy the space.
