Abstrak :
Social bonding theory which written by Travis Hirschi (1969) is one of prevailing theory in explaining juvenile delinquency The main idea of this theory explain the motive of a person in committing delinquency because of controlling social factors. This theory has four principle elements of social control specilically attachment, commitment, beliefs, and involvement. This research will analyze the connection between social bonding theory with bullying behaviour of middle school students in Indonesia. Bullying is a subtype of intimidation behaviour in which the perpetrator use power overa weaker victim through physical or non-physical attack, and that is repeated over time. Bullying behaviour phenomenon has become social trend in the school. ln this research, social control will be viewed from dilierence of school quality and type of bu/lying behaviour will be viewed from gender difference. Research method chosen is quantitative method based on Hirschi used.

Developed social control indicators based on Morton (1999) and Libbey (2004) consisted the attachment to the teachen friends, and school, commitment to the school, beliefs toward school rules or policy and the involvement within conventional activity The instrument of the research has been tested Hrst (pretest) and achusted to middle school students perception. The result from 183 students prove that social bonding has an important role on junior high school students behavioun The strict social control on students in two middle schools disclose negative bullying behaviour Howeven there is a situation that the better quality middle school one has more less of bullying behaviour Therefore, social control influence the Bullying behaviour on middle schools.

Bullying telah menjadi masalah yang serius pada murid sekolah dasar. Guru memiliki peran yang besar dalam mencegah dan menangani bullying di sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap guru tentang perilaku bulying yang dilakukan oleh murid sekolah dasar. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif cross- sectional yang melibatkan 84 guru sekolah dasar di wilayah Kecamatan Makasar, Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hampir separuh responden memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang bullying, yaitu sebesar 42,9. Selain itu, sebagian besar responden memiliki sikap yang positif pada perilaku bullying fisik dan relasional. Namun, separuh responden memiliki sikap yang negatif pada jenis perilaku bullying verbal. Pemberian pelatihan tentang bullying diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran guru tentang adanya bullying dan mampu menangani bullying dengan cara yang tepat. ......Bullying has been a serious problem among elementary school students. Teacher has an important role in preventing and dealing with bullying in the school. The purpose of the research to describe teacher's knowledge and attitude about bullying in elementary school students. This research is a descriptive cross sectional study that involves 84 elementary school teachers in Makasar, East Jakarta. This study shows that almost half of samples 42,9 have moderate knowledge about bullying. Furthermore, most of the samples have positive attitude in physical and relational bullying. However, half of respondents have negative attitude toward verbal bullying. Providing training about bullying for teacher is expected to increase teacher's awareness about bullying and able to handle bullying in the right way.

Tugas Karya Akhir ini merupakan karya penulisan yang menjelaskan tentang kasus intimidasi anak-anak di lingkungan sekolah, yang diwujudkan dalam tayangan webseries kampanye video. Data riset pendukung Tugas Karya Akhir ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur dan kuantitatif. Tugas Karya Akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi, inspirasi, dan gambaran tentang fenomena isu sosial terkait intimidasi yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah.
ABSTRACT
This final project is the task that describes cases of children intimidation in school, which is manifested in webseries show in the form of video campaign. The research data that support the task are from literature review and quantitative method. This final project aims to provide information, inspiration, and an overview phenomenon of social issues related to students intimidation bullying that occurs in school.
