Pencapaian sustainability UMKM perlu diketahui, begitu juga dengan kinerja mereka. Sustainability dapat diukur dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode balanced scorecard. Hubungan antara balanced scorecard dan sustainability dapat dilihat pada kaitan antar perspektif kedua pendekatan tersebut dengan memetakan sasaran strategis. Sasaran strategis perusahaan, yang terkait dengan perspektif pada balanced scorecard dan sustainability, perlu dibuat sehingga pencapaian sustainability perusahaan dapat diketahui. Bobot dari masing-masing sasaran strategis juga perlu dibuat untuk menentukan prioritas dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Erigo Store, UMKM yang bergerak pada industri pakaian di Jakarta, memiliki nilai kinerja keseluruhan 2.293 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi strategi perlu dibuat agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan guna mencapai sustainability dengan berfokus untuk meningkatkan profit, mengurangi biaya, meningkatkan kegiatan CSR, dan meningkatkan penggunaan IT dalam penjualan produk.

SMEs have big contributions to the country, but most of them have not been paying attention to the sustainability aspect. SMEs? achievements in sustainability need to be known, as well as their performances. Sustainability can be measured by measuring performance using balanced scorecard method. The relationship between balanced scorecard and sustainability can be seen in the link of perspectives of these two approaches by mapping strategic objectives. The strategic objectives of the company, which are related to the balanced scorecard and sustainability perspectives, need to be made so that sustainability achievements of the company can be known. The weight of each strategic objective also need to be made to determine the priority using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Erigo Store, a SME engaged in the apparel industry in Jakarta, has a value of 2,293 in overall performance which is included in the ?quite good? category. Therefore, the strategy recommendations need to be made in order to improve the company's performance to achieve sustainability by focusing on increasing profitability, reducing costs, improving CSR activities, and increasing the use of IT in product sales.
