PT. Firmenich Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak pada bisnis perisa makanan dan wangi-wangian. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan ini terdiri dari produk yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi di dalam pabrik PT. Firmenich Indonesia, juga produk yang berupa produk trading yang dibeli oleh perusahaan melalui cabang perusahaan yang berada di luar negeri. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah tidak tercapainya target tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dalam tiga tahun belakangan ini dan juga pembelian produk barang jadi (trading) yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan atau permintaan pelanggan. Untuk dapat mencapai target tersebut, digunakan pendekatan metoda klasifikasi ABC dan metoda Kraljic dalam menentukan strategi manajemen rantai pasok. Setelah melakukan klasifikasi produk dengan metoda ABC, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metoda Kraljic yang bermaksud untuk mengkelompokkan produk ke dalam matriks 2x2 dengan dua dimensi yang dijadikan sebagai acuan atau patokan, yakni Supply Risk dan Profit Impact. Pengelompokkan ini adalah untuk memudahkan manajer atau manajemen agar dapat lebih fokus terhadap produk yang mempunyai dampak besar terhadap Profit atau keuntungan perusahaan serta melihat resikonya dari sudut pandang Supply Risk dan langkah apa yang harus diambil terhadap produk-produk tersebut. Dari penelitian, ada 44 (empat puluh empat) jenis produk yang mempunyai resiko sangat besar terhadap Profit maupun Supply Risk.

ABSTRACT
PT. Firmenich Indonesia is one of the multinational companies in the flavors and fragrances industry. The company has two products categories which one product is being locally manufactured and the other one is purchase from other firmenich affiliates in overseas which called trading product. The company has problems in achieving the target of customer satisfaction level. This level is always below management’s target. Purchases of product are also not based on the customers’ needs or demands. In order to achieve the target, two methods which are ABC classification and also Kraljic method are used to determine the supply chain management strategy. After classifying the product using ABC method, Kraljic method groups the products into a 2x2 matrix uses two dimension matrixes as references, called Supply Risk and Profit Impact. The purpose of this grouping is to facilitate the manager or management to focus on the products that will immensely impact the company profit as well as the supply risk. Consequently, management can evaluate the possible actions taken. From this research, there are 44 items identified to have a great impact on supply risk as well as profit impact.

Perkembangan transportasi logistik memiliki tren kenaikan sebelum krisis global pada tahun 2008. Hal ini dikarenakan perdagangan dunia menjadi pendorong semakin tumbuhnya transportasi logistik dengan transportasi multimoda. Namun untuk mencapai tujuan dari kebijakan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan, maka tidak boleh mengesampingkan terhadap dampak lingkungan. Sehingga dalam studi ini diajukan sebuah desain transportasi logistik baru yang menggunakan tenaga elektrik dan teknologi propulsi kabel baja (ropeway system). Karena saat ini teknologi ini lebih ramah lingkungan dan sudah ada sejak dulu dan juga sudah diterapkan sebagai sarana transportasi publik di perkotaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perspektif teknis langkah-langkah strategis dan operasional yang dapat digunakan untuk implementasi sarana transportasi logistik baru khususnya dalam operasi pada saat mode degradasi antara terminal multimoda Delta 3 dan Bandara Lesquin Lille. ...... The development of freight transportation have increased trend before the global crisis in 2008. International trade become pressure to the freight/logistic transportation within multimodal transport, but for achieving the sustainable development policy, it must reduce the impact to the environment. So, in this study proposed new system transportation by electric power and cable propulsion technology (ropeway system), because this technology is environmental friendly and have been used for urban public transportation. The result of this study is the technical perspective of strategic planning and operational than can be used for the implementation the AVG : Automated Vehicle for Goods, that called in French, VAM : Vehicule Automatique pour Marchandises, especially in degraded mode of ropeway system between Delta 3multimodal platform and Lesquin Airport of Lille.

Salah satu bagian penting dari sistem logistik dalam perdagangan nasional dan internasional adalah sistem transportasi multimoda. Tujuan utama dari sistem transportasi multimoda adalah transshipment barang dari satu moda transportasi ke moda transportasi yang lain. Dalam proses pemindahan barang digunakan beberapa alat semi-otomatis dan otomatis seperti, AS / RS Vehicle, robot, konveyor, stacker, dan AVG (Automatic vehicle for Goods), yang bekerja untuk memuat dan membongkar barang dari satu moda transportasi ke moda transportasi yang lain. The main purpose of a multimodal transport system is the transshipment of goods from one mode of transport to another. Manajemen rantai pengadaan merupakan salah satu kunci sukses bagi perusahaan industri. Salah satu perusahaan industri yang telah menggunakan konsep rantai pengadaan adalah PT Mumi Cahaya Pratama yang memproduksi Cargloss Carfme 0302. Produk ini khusus dibuat untuk PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing dan bahan bakunya terdiri dari 5 macam. Agar bisa menang dalam kompetisi industri diperlukan kinerja yang baik dalam rantai pengadaan untuk menjamin produksi dan kualitasnya. Perusahaan ini menyadari bahwa untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas rantai pengadaan perlu diketahui kinerja dari rantai pengadaan tersebut. Sayangnya, perusahaan ini belum memiliki sistem penilaian kinerja bagi rantai pengadaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan sebuah model penilaian kinerja rantai pengadaan bagi Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red dan mengaplikasikannya untuk mendapatkan nilai kinerja rantai pengadaannya. Sistem penilaian kinerja rantai pengadaan yang sudah ada saat ini kurang dapat mengakomodasi kondisi nyata dalam proses penilaian, yaitu kurang informasi dan keragu-raguan serta ketidakpastian. Maka dari itu peneliti menggunakan algoritma pengukuran berdasarkan aplikasi dari teori himpunan fuzzy dan metode metrik. Peneliti menggunakan 2 metode untuk membandingkan hasil penilaian menggunakan kedua metode tersebut. Dalam pembuatan model penilaian kinerja bagi rantai pengadaan Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red, kriteria penilaian dipilih dan dibobotkan. Hasilnya adalah sistem penilaian kinerja rantai pengadaan bagi produk Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red. Kemudian sistem ini diaplikasikan dalam proses penilaian sehingga dihasilkan nilai kinerja rantai pengadaan Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red sebesar 8.44 dalam skala 0 sampai dengan 10. Dengan menggunakan metode metrik hasil pengukuran kinerja adalah baik. ......Supply chain management is one of industrial companies' key to be success. One of the companies who adopt supply chain management concept is PT Mumi Cahaya Pratama that produces Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red. This product is produced only for 1 customer and its material supplied by 5 suppliers. To win in industrial competition, excellence supply chain performance is needed to guarantee its production and quality. This company realizes that in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of its supply chain, company needs to know its supply chain performance. Unfortunately, this company doesn't have supply chain performance measurement system. The objective of this research is to design a supply chain performance measurement system for Cargloss Carfine 0302 and apply this model to measure its supply chain performance. The existing performance measurement system fails to address the real situations in evaluation, which are lack of information, hesitation and fuzziness. To fill this gap, this research proposed a fuzzy measurement algorithm and the metric method. Researcher used 2 methods to compare the results. To generate a supply chain performance measurement system, criteria as performance indicators is chosen and weighted. The result is a supply chain performance measurement system for Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red. Then this system is used to measure supply chain performance of this product. The measurement process using fuzzy measurement algorithm yields supply chain performance for Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red is 8,44 on scale of 10. Using the method metric the measurement process yields supply chain performance is good.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini mendiskusikan sebuah studi analisis perbandingan logistik reverse dan logistik forward dari sudut pandang biaya sebuah module jenis 5B yang dimiliki oleh PT.TMMIN. Tujuan dari studi ini untuk membandingkan performance module returnable packaging 5 B RR terhadap module disposable 5B 1-Way yang digunakan oleh PT.TMMIN per satu unit modulenya dalam satu kali rotasi dan perbandingan investasinya selama 6 tahun untuk mengekspor komponen engine ke STM. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan total cost of ownership yaitu dengan melihat biaya-biaya relevan yang terkait dengan implementasi 1 unit module 5B RR dan 5B 1-Way. Hasilnya menunjukkan module 5B RR memiliki TCO 30 % lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan TCO module 5B 1-Way. Hasil identifkasi biaya dengan pendekatan TCO kemudian dikombinasi dan dihitung dengan menggunakan analisis NPV selama 6 tahun untuk melihat kelayakan investasinya. Hasilnya membuktikan investasi module 5B RR bisa menghemat biaya hingga 50% dari investasi module 5B 1-Way.

This research discusses a study of comparative analysis of reverse logistics and logistics forward from the viewpoint of costs a module type 5B owned by PT TMMIN The purpose of the study is to compare the performance module returnable packaging 5B RR of disposable module 5B 1 Way used by PT TMMIN per one unit of module in a single rotation and comparison of its investments over the last 6 years to export components engine to STM The method used is to approach the total cost of ownership that is by looking at the relevant costs associated with the implementation of unit module 5B RR and 5B 1 Way The results show module 5B RR have TCO 30 higher compared to the TCO module 5B 1 Way The result of cost identification with TCO approaching is combined and calculated using the NPV analysis for 6 years to see the feasibility of its investments The results prove the investment module 5B RR could save cost up to 50 of the investment module 5B 1 Way.

[ABSTRAK Skripsi ini membahas tentang seleksi vendor di Exxon Mobil, awalnya kriteria seleksi hanya berdasar pada harga penawaran, dan peneliti merasa bahwa ini kurang objektif dalam memilih vendor. Peneliti melakukan diskusi terarah dengan pihak ExxonMobil untuk menentukan kriteria apa saja yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk memilih vendor dan dihasilkan lima kriteria dan sepuluh sub-kriteria lalu ditentukanlah bobotnya dengan pendekatan AHP. Penilaian vendor dilakukan dengan skoring berdasarkan data performansi historis. Vendor yang mendapatkan nilai paling besar adalah yang menjadi pemenang, dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan pada pengadaan barang kimia. Diharapkan supplier yang terpilih merupakan supplier yang paling berkompeten dan mampu mendukung kelancaran kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini juga terdapat implikasi manajerial serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Indonesia sebagai negara dengan kawasan hutan terluas di Asia Tenggara menjadikan sumber daya alam kehutanan yang dimiliki sangat berpotensi. Berbagai sumber daya alam dapat diperoleh dari hutan, salah satunya adalah kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pengadaan bahan baku kayu bulat dengan menggunakan kerangka Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Analisis dilakukan pada CV Prima Papua yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan pengolahan kayu. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan matrik strategi Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) level 1, level 2 dan level 3 dengan 5 indikator penilaian kinerja pengadaan bahan baku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja CV Prima Papua pada 5 indikator tersebut berada di bawah target yang ditetapkan akibatnya. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan adalah perusahaan perlu menetapkan tingkat persediaan bahan baku kayu bulat. ...... Indonesia as a country with the largest forest area in Southeast Asia needs natural resources. Various natural resources can be obtained from forests, one of which is wood. This study analyzes the acquisition of round wood raw materials by using a Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). The analysis was carried out on CV Prima Papua which is one of the wood processing companies in Indonesia. The diminishing forest area and the more wood processing companies the more competition, the tighter in obtaining raw materials. The analysis was carried out using level 1, level 2 and level 3 Supply Chain Operations (SCOR) Strategy matrix with 5 indicators of performance evaluation of raw material procurement. Currently, CV Prima Papua's performance on these 5 indicators is below the target set. The results of this study indicate how the application of inappropriate levels is the main factor causing companies not to need high level companies.Therefore, the company needs to set it's level of raw material invetory.
