"Indeks kompleksitas produk merupakan indikator dari suatu produk manufaktur yang menggambarkan produk didesain serta diproduksi dengan tingkat kerumitan atau kompleksitas tertentu. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penilaian kompleksitas produk terhadap beberapa produk pressed part khususnya produk komponen otomotif. Penilaian dilakukan terhadap variabel kompleksitas produk pressed part berdasarkan aspek feature dan spesifikasi produk yaitu material, shape, geometri, tolerance, general surface finish dan hardness. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode yang diperkenalkan oleh ElMaraghy dan Urbanic dimana penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan atas jumlah informasi, variasi informasi dan isi informasi suatu produk. Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis pengaruh variabel kompleksitas produk pressed part terhadap variabel kemampuan teknologi yaitu technoware,humanware, nfoware dan orgaware. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi linear berganda. Hasil penilaian kompleksitas produk menunjukkan bahwa produk Bracket, FRT Fog Lamp A LH mempunyai indeks kompleksitas produk sebesar 6,18. Produk Bracket, FRT Fog Lamp B LH mempunyai indeks kompleksitas produk sebesar 6,13. Produk Bracket, FRT Bumper C LH mempunyai indeks kompleksitas produk sebesar 4,78. Dan produk Bracket Air Box RH mempunyai indeks kompleksitas produk sebesar 7,06. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa technoware dipengaruhi oleh material, shape dan geometry. Humanware dipengaruhi oleh material, shape dan tolerance. Infoware dan orgaware dipengaruhi oleh shape.

Product complexity index is an indicator of a manufacturing product that describes the products are designed and manufactured with a level of complexity. In this research, assessment of product complexity was conducted on pressed part products, particularly on automotive component products. Assessment conducted on the variable of pressed part product complexity based on features of the products and specifications of materials, shapes, geometry, tolerance, general surface finish and hardness. The method in this project was introduced by ElMaraghy and Urbanic, where the assessment is based on absolute quantity information, diversity of information, and content of product information. Furthermore, the influence of pressed part product complexity variables was analyzed again technological capability variables such as, technoware, humanware, infoware, and orgaware. The method for research analysis was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of product complexity assessment indicated that the product of Bracket, FRT Fog Lamp A LH had a product complexity index of 6.18. Product of Bracket, FRT Fog Lamp B FRT LH had a product complexity index of 6.13. Product of Bracket, Bumper C LH had a complexity index of 4.78 products. And product of Air Box Bracket RH had product complexity index of 7.06. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that technoware influenced by the material, shape and geometry. Humanware influenced by the material, shape and tolerance. Infoware and orgaware influenced by the shape."

"Inovasi 'New to the World' memerlukan tim yang efektif dengan indikator hadirnya team innovation capability. Tesis ini mengidentifikasi persepsi anggota dan pemangku kepentingan sebuah tim strategis di sebuah organisasi project management atas pengaruh 1) komposisi, konteks dan proses tim, 2) kompetensi teknis, 3) team learning dan 4) iklim intrapreneurship terhadap efektivitas tim untuk menciptakan dan meningkatkan team innovation capability dalam berinovasi mengembangkan sebuah sistem perbaikan proses kerja yang belum pernah diciptakan sebelumnya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keempat aspek dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas tim. Pada tim yang diteliti, peran dan kompetensi anggota tim merupakan faktor yang paling mendesak untuk ditingkatkan. Tesis ini menyarankan program intervensi pada revitalisasi peran dan peningkatan kompetensi anggota untuk meningkatkan innovation capability pada tim yang diteliti.

'New to the World' innovations require effective teams which is indicated by a team innovation capability. This thesis identifies the perception of a strategic team members and its stakeholders in a project management organization which has an effect on 1) team composition, context and process, 2) technical competence, 3) team learning and 4) organization intrapreneurship climate to this team's effectiveness on creating and improving team innovation capability to manage an innovation project of process improvement system development.
Findings proved that the four aspects have positive effects on the team effectiveness. In particular, the targeted team purpose and members? competency have the top priorities to be improved in order to result in the team effectiveness. This thesis proposes an intervention program on purpose revitalization and competency improvement to increase the investigated team innovation capability.

"ABSTRAK
Keberhasilan sebuah organisasi pengembang piranti lunak dalam mengelola proyek piranti lunak selain harus menguasai aspek teknis dan metodologi pengembangan piranti lunak, juga diperlukan suatu tingkat kematangan (Capability Maturity) dalam pengembangan produk piranti lunak tersebut. Software Engineering Institute telah mengembangkan Capability Maturity Model (CMM) sebagai kerangka kerja acuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi dalam mengembangkan piranti lunak secara berkelanjutan. Dalam lingkungan bisnis untuk mendapatkan pengakuan secara formal terhadap jaminan kualitas dari produk piranti lunak yang dihasilkan oleh suatu organisasi, bila organisasi tersebut menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9000 dan telah berhasil memperoleh sertifikasinya, sebagai tanda bahwa organisasi tersebut memiliki perhatian pada peningkatan proses dan kualitas pada produk yang dihasilkan.
Penelitian dilakukan antara lain dengan memetakan antara CMM dengan ISO 9001 yang bermaksud untuk mendapatkan keterkaitan antara kedua penilaian tersebut, yang kemudian akan membantu mempermudah dalam usaha memenuhi kedua penilaian tersebut. Untuk kemudian dibuat suatu strategi atau langkahlangkah yang harus dilakukan oleh organisasi untuk memenuhi tingkat kematangan khusus tingkat kedua dari CMM dengan dititikberatkan pada permasalahan penerapan Requirements Management sebagai jalan untuk mencapai bakuan ISO 9001 :2000.
Studi kasus dilakukan di Software Development Center - PT Fujitsu System Indonesia ( SDC-PT FSI) sebagai sebuah perusahaan pengembang piranti lunak. Dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap keadaan dan cara kerja SDC-PT FSI yang ada sekarang, berdasarkan CMM, terutama bagaimana pelaksanaan mengenai Requirement Management karena salah satu kunci keberhasilan dari proyek pengembangan piranti lunak adalah pemahaman dari Requirement Engineering dan bagai.mana mengelolanya. Kemudian ditentukan langkahlangkah yang harus dilakukan untuk memenuhi CMM tingkat 2 KP A Requirements Management dan bagaimana pemenuhan terhadap klausulaklausula ISO 9001 :2000 yang terkait dengan CMM tingkat 2 KP A Requirements Management.

ABSTRACT
The successful of company software development organization in handling software project also needs a degree of capability maturity in developing software product besides capability in handling technical aspects and software development method. Software Engineering Institute has developed Capability Maturity Model (CMM) as frame work to improve organization's capability in developing software continuously. In order to get formal confesion in business environment for quality guarantee of that software, the organization has to apply ISO 9000 quality management system and get the certification as the prove that the organisation has special attention to increase the process and the quality of their product .
The examination is done by depicting CMM and ISO 2000 to get the relationship between two comparison those scoring system.Rely on that scoring, the organization will make some strategy or steps which have to be done by the organization to achieve a a second step of special maturity of CMM by concentrating to Requirements Managemnt adoption problem as the solution in achieving ISO 9001 :2000. Case study has been done at Software Development Center - PT Fujitsu System Indonesia (SDC-PT FSI) as a software developement company.
The case study was done by evaluating SDC-PT FSI situation and work system recently with CMM, which mainly evaluate the application of Requirements Management. It is because the success key of software development project is the understanding of Requirements Engineering and its management. After this, we have to decide the steps which have to be done in full filling CMM level 2 KP A Requirements Management and ISO 9001 : 2000 clause which is related with CMM level 2 KP A Requirements Management."

Kementerian Agama sebagai organisasi pemerintah tentunya fokus pada peningkatan pelayanan masyarakat yang transparan dan akuntabel Oleh karena itu teknologi informasi TI harus dikelola dengan tepat sehingga berimbas pada kualitas layanan kepada masyarakat Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja TI dikelola dengan baik perlu dilakukan pengukuran tata kelola TI COBIT 5 merupakan kerangka kerja yang digunakan untuk menilai mengukur mengontrol tata kelola dan manajemen TI pada suatu organisasi Kementerian Agama masih memiliki banyak permasalahan dalam pengelolaan TI Pusat Informasi dan Hubungan Masyarakat PINMAS sebagai unit pengelola TI di Kementerian Agama perlu melakukan perbaikan Maka dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI di PINMAS dengan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan pemetaan tujuan organisasi dan permasalahan TI yang umum terjadi terhadap masing masing proses pada COBIT 5 Dari pengukuran tersebut diketahui bahwa dari 13 proses yang terpilih 10 proses berada pada tingkat kapabilitas level 0 incomplete dan 3 proses berada level 1 ad hoc Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi masih belum mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi dan belum mengimplementasikan panduan tata kelola TI berdasarkan COBIT 5 Setelah dilakukan pengukuran kemudian disusun rekomendasi perbaikan serta berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan target yang ingin dicapai oleh organisasi

PT. PINS Indonesia merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan PT. Telekomunikasi
Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan barang dan jasa yang sangat
memperhatikan performansi perusahaan. Dalam kesehariannya terjadi perbedaan
antara harapan dengan realita mengenai jumlah proposal tender proyek yang harus
diselesaikan dan kesesuaian waktu penyelesaiannya. Penyebab adanya perbedaan
tersebut adalah pengelolaan pengetahuan yang belum baik. Pengelolaan
pengetahuan di perusahaan erat kaitannya dengan knowledge sharing capability
yang dimiliki perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor
yang mempengaruhi knowledge sharing capability dan dampaknya terhadap
performansi organisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan
kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap perusahaan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan
metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS
AMOS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh signifikan dari faktor
individu, seperti altruism, personality, dan knowledge self-efficacy dan dari faktor
teknologi informasi, yaitu IT application usage terhadap knowledge sharing
capability, dan juga adanya pengaruh signifikan dari knowledge sharing capability
terhadap faktor performansi organisasi, seperti finansial, pelanggan, proses internal,
serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.

PT. PINS Indonesia is a subsidiary of PT. Telecommunications Indonesia enganged
in the trade of goods and services that were attentive to the performance of the
company. In daily life there is a difference between expectations with the reality of
the number of project tender proposals must be completed and the suitability of its
completion time. The reason for these differences was the management of
knowledge that had not been good. Knowledge management in companies closely
related to knowledge sharing capability of the company. This study aimed to
determine the factors that influence knowledge sharing capability and its impact on
organizational performance. Data collection was done by distributing
questionnaires to employees of the company. Data processing was conducted by
the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SPSS AMOS. The results
of this study are the significant influence of individual factors, such as altruism,
personality, and knowledge self-efficacy; and information technology factors,
namely IT application usage, towards knowledge sharing capability, and also a
significant impact of knowledge sharing capability for organizational performance

"ABSTRAK
Pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konsultasi, pengelolaan pengetahuan merupakan proses yang penting dalam perusahaan, karena inti dari produk yang dijual adalah pengetahuan itu sendiri. Group SAP merupakan bagian dari PT ABC, yang merupakan perusahaan konsultan teknologi dan informasi di Indonesia, telah menyadari pentingnya mengelola pengetahuan para konsultan SAP yang dimilikinya. Salah satu proses pengelolaan pengetahuan yang telah dijalankan adalah berbagi pengetahuan. Tujuan proses ini adalah untuk membantu para konsultan SAP mencari solusi terbaik bagi pelanggan berdasarkan pengalaman yang telah lalu.
Namun, knowledge sharing yang dilakukan oleh group SAP belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari presentase kehadiran kegiatan knowledge sharing, di mana tidak semua peserta yang diundang menghadiri kegiatan tersebut. Selain itu, pemanfaatan KnowldgeHub, yang merupakan knowledge repository yang digunakan untuk menyimpan dan mengakses pengetahuan yang dimiliki organisasi, masih rendah. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi mengenai knowledge sharing capability konsultan SAP. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, organisasi dapat mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan berbagi pengetahuan para konsultan SAP, sehingga organisasi dapat menentukan program yang perlu dijalankan agar knowledge sharing bisa berjalan secara optimal.
Penelitian dilakukan kepada 70 konsultan SAP PT ABC. Pengolahan data statistik menggunakan teknik analisis PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.1. Faktor-faktor yang secara empiris terbukti mempengaruhi knowledge sharing capability adalah organizational reward, social network, trust, personality, end-user focus, altruism dan IT apliaction usage. Sementara itu, faktor awareness, knowledge self-efficacy, top management support dan ICT infrastructure tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi knowledge sharing capability. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai R2 sebesar 0.701, yang berarti tujuh variabel eksogen secara moderate menjelaskan 70.1% variansi dari variabel dependen (knowledge sharing capability), dimana sisanya sebesar 29.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam model penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
Knowledge management is an important process in consulting firm, because the core of the product of consulting firm is the knowledge itself. SAP group is a part of PT ABC, which is an information communication and technology consulting firm in Indonesia, have realized the importance of knowledge management. One of knowledge management process that has been implemented in PT ABC is knowledge sharing. The purpose of this process is to help SAP consultants looking for the best solutions for customers based on their past experience in industry.
However, knowledge sharing undertaken by SAP group has not been optimal. The evident of this statement came from the attendance percentage of knowledge sharing activities, where not all the participants were invited attended the event. In addition, the use of KnowldgeHub, as a knowledge repository to store and access the knowledge of organization, is still low. Based on these conditions, there should be an evaluation of knowledge sharing capability of SAP consultant. Given this research, organizations can determine the factors that affect the ability to share the knowledge of SAP consultants, so that the organization can determine which program should be run in order to optimize the knowledge sharing in organization.
The study was conducted at 70 SAP consultants of PT ABC. Statistical data processing uses PLS analysis techniques using software SmartPLS 3.2.1. Based on the results of statistical data processing, it is known that the individual, organizational and technological aspects affect knowledge sharing capability of SAP consultant. Factors that are empirically proven affecting knowledge sharing capability is organizational rewards, social networks, trust, personality, end-user focus, altruism and IT apliaction usage. Meanwhile, the factor such as awareness, knowledge self-efficacy, top management support and ICT infrastructure does not significantly affect knowledge sharing capability. The value of R2 of this study is 0.701, which means seven exogenous variables are moderate explain 70.1% variance of the dependent variable (knowledge sharing capability), where the remaining of 29.9% is influenced by other variables that are not described in this research model.

"ABSTRAK
Kabupaten Bulukumba mengadakan program pengembangan agroindustri secara mandiri pada Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Daerah tahun 2005-2025 untuk mewujudkan predikat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebagai lumbung padi di kawasan timur indonesia. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan evaluasi kesesuaian lahan terhadap syarat tumbuh tanaman padi sawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persebaran kesesuaian lahan aktual dan potensial tanaman padi sawah sebagai pengendali ketersedian pangan beras di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Persebaran kesesuaian lahan aktual kelas S1 kebanyakan terletak di sebelah selatan sepanjang Pantai Laut Flores dengan morfologi dataran dan kemiringan tanah <3%. Persebaran Kelas S2 hampir terdapat di seluruh Kabupaten Bulukumba, (baik itu di sebelah selatan, barat, timur ataupun utara) dengan morfologi dataran-perbukitan dan kemiringan tanah <8%. Persebaran kelas S3 dan kelas N saling berasosiasi, dimana kedua kelas ini terdapat di sebelah timur sepanjang Pantai Teluk Bone (pola memanjang) kemudian menyebar sampai ke utara dengan morfologi perbukitan dan bergelombang serta kemiringan tanah >15%. Kecamatan Bonto Bahari, Bontotiro dan Kecamatan Herlang memiliki status ketersedian pangan yang buruk dikarenakan ketiga kecamatan ini penggunaan lahan sawah aktualnya berada pada kelas S3ch dibandingkan Kecamatan Gantarang pada kelas S1 dan S2. Kecamatan Herlang yang awalnya mengalami ketersedian defisit beras (-1.066ton) berubah menjadi surplus beras (2.855ton) setelah dilakukan penanaman padi pada kelas kesesuaian lahan potensial(S1).

ABSTRACT
Bulukumba Regency implement agro-industry development program independently in the long-term development plan of the area 2005-2025 for create predicate South Sulawesi Province as a granary in Eastern Indonesia. One effort that can be done is by land suitability evaluation to grow rice crops well. This study aimed to analyze the distribution of actual and potential land suitability rice crop as controlling food availability di Bulukumba Regency. Distribution of the actual land suitability for class S1 mostly is found in the South Bulukumba Regency(along Laut Flores Beach) with the morphology of the plain and the slope less from 3%. Distribution of the actual land suitability for class S2 mostly is found almost exist throughout Bulukumba Regency(south, west, east or north) with the morphology of the plain until hill and slope less 8%.Distribution of the actual land suitability for class S3 and class N are associated each other, where class S3 and class N are found in the east Bulukumba Regency (along Teluk Bone Beach) with lengthwise pattern then spread to the north with the morphology surging and hill. They have slope more than 15%. Bontobahari Disctrict, Bontotiro District and Herlang District have low food availability status. The reason is caused that they have an extensive paddy field class S3 is greater than class S1 and class S2. it is different in Gantarang District that has an extensive paddy field class S1 and class S2 is greater than class S3. Herlang District who initially have the availability of rice deficit (-1.066ton) turn into surplus (2.855ton) after planting rice on land suitability class potential(S1)."
