"ABSTRAKPeran gender merupakan salah satu aspek yang paling menonjol yang dapat ditemukan di sebagian besar komedi situasi keluarga Amerika. Sepanjang beberapa dekade, penggambaran peran gender dalam komedi situasi telah mengalami perubahan bertahap. Full House, salah satu situasi komedi keluarga yang paling populer di Amerika, menyoroti perubahan peran gender di dalam rumah tangga keluarga Tanner. Perubahan ini penting untuk dianalisis karena komedi situasi juga dapat memproyeksikan aspek ideologi dan sosial masyarakat.
