"Pemerintah Indonesia membuat kebijakan tentang keharusan pengintegrasianTeknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam pengajaran di sekolah untukmeningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Tetapi, peneliti menyangsikan bahwa penerapanTIK dalam pengajaran belum sesuai dengan yang dianjurkan oleh pemerintah.Berdasarkan persepsi pengajar dan pemelajar di Rintisan Sekolah BertarafInternasional (RSBI), penelitian ini menginvestigasi penggunaan TIK dalampengajaran bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini mengambil data melalui kuesioner,observasi dan wawancara di tiga SMA dan tiga SMK bersertifikasi RSBI yang ada dikota Padang. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa penggunaan TIK dalampengajaran bahasa Inggris masih untuk keperluan akses informasi, belum untukberkomunikasi. Hambatan utama penggunaan TIK adalah kurang tersedianya saranadan prasarana penunjang sehingga pengajaran bahasa Inggris dengan memanfaatkanTIK tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Walaupun demikian, pengajar danpemelajar setuju bahwa TIK sangat bermanfaat bagi pengajaran bahasa Inggris.Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan pengajaran blended learning telahdiimplementasikan di SMK dengan memanfaatkan suatu program pembelajaranonline, program DynEd, yang didanai oleh pemerintah......Although the Indonesian Government has established a policy about the necessity ofintegrating Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teaching toupgrade the quality of education, there is a concern that ICT is not utilize asrecommended by the government in the implementing schools. Based on theperceptions of both teachers and students in Piloted International Standard Schools,this study investigates the use of ICT in the teaching of English. This study makes useof questionnaires, observations and interviews to collect data in three High Schoolsand three Vocational Schools which have Piloted International Standard Schoolcertification in Padang city. Results show that the use of ICT in teaching English islimited to accessing information and not yet used for communication. The mainbarrier of using ICT is the lack of infrastructure that supports the utilization of ICTfor English teaching. Nevertheless, teachers and students agree that ICT is verybeneficial for the teaching of English. "Kepuasan pengguna layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah menjadi salah satu indikator keberhasilan kinerja sebuah organisasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, baik di sektor swasta maupun instansi pemerintah, termasuk Kementerian Luar Negeri Kemlu . Pusat Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Kementerian dan Perwakilan Pustekinfokom KP sebagai organisasi pengelola teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di Kemlu menjadikan kepuasan pengguna layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai salah satu indikator keberhasilan kinerjanya. Namun, Pustekinfokom KP tidak pernah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna internal pegawai Kemlu terhadap layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna layanan teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran dengan melakukan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model SEM sehingga didapatkan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di Kemlu. Dari hasil analisis data tersebut diperoleh bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di Kemlu adalah produk teknologi informasi. Produk teknologi informasi juga memiliki hubungan positif dengan faktor lainnya, yaitu dukungan teknologi informasi dan kehandalan teknologi informasi.

User satisfaction of information and communication technology services has become one of key performance indicators of an information and communication technology organization, both in private and government sectors, including in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Indonesia. Center for Information and Communication Technology Ministry and Representative Pustekinfokom KP as the organization of information and communication technology management in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Indonesia, makes user satisfaction of information and communication technology services as one of its key performance indicators. However, Pustekinfokom KP never know the factors that affect the internal user satisfaction employees satisfaction of information and communications services.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect user satisfaction of information and communications technology services. The research method used is a mixed method by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was done by using Structural Equation Model SEM to obtain the factors that influence user satisfaction of information and communication technology service in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The results obtained are factors that affect user satisfaction of information and communication technology services in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is information technology IT product. IT product has positive relationship with other factors, namely information technology IT support and information technology IT reliability."
