"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa alur komunikasi pemasaran berbasis komunitas yang dilakukan oleh kelompok musik indie. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Metode ini dipilih karcna studi kasus merupakan strategi yang cocok untuk penclitian yang bcrfokus pada fenomena kontemporcr di dalam konteks kehidupan nyata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan komunitas yang baik akan melahirkan anggota- anggota yang setia. Yang dalam konteks ini, mereka tidak hanya menjadi pelanggan, namun juga akan bertindak sebagai pelaku pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, kelompok musik indie hendaknya menjaga dan memperhatikan kebutuhan anggota komunitas supaya tercipta anggota-anggota setia yang akan mendukung kesuksesan. ......This research is aim to analyze marketing communication based on community process that used by indie label musician. This research using qualitative approachment wih case study method. The reason to using this method is because its a qualified method for reseacrh that focus on contemporary phenomenon in real life. The result of this research shows that good attention to community, wills produce a loyal member. In this context, they are not only a consumer but also can be a marketer. So thai indie label musician should take care and give proportional attention to their member, to produce a loyal member that will support their success, from member consumption and also by marketing things they done."
