"Kelengkapan dokumentasi yang dihasilkan dari siklus pengembangan perangkat lunak merupakan hal yang penting untuk dipenuhi agar risiko yang berdampak pada lambatnya penanganan suatu insiden atau masalah dapat diminimalisir. Berdasarkan data yang didapat, XYZ belum mampu memenuhi kelengkapan dokumentasi pada sebagian besar perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan selama 3 tahun terakhir. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah karena tidak diterapkannya software quality assurance SQA pada sebagian besar proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dijalankan dimana audit luaran merupakan salah satu kegiatan SQA.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan penerapan SQA di XYZ agar dapat diterapkan pada seluruh pengembangan perangkat lunak sehingga permasalahan dokumentasi dapat teratasi. Perumusan strategi menggunakan metode analisis kesenjangan melalui pembandingan kondisi di masa mendatang melalui Critical Success Factors dan kondisi saat ini dari analisis Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat SWOT yang didapatkan melalui Focus Group Discussion FGD.Perumusan strategi juga menggunakan metode TOWS Matriks dimana poin SWOT yang telah didapatkan dilakukan pemeringkatan terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process. Adapun strategi yang disusun divalidasi dengan para narasumber yang terlibat FGD agar strategi yang didapatkan benar-benar dapat menjawab permasalahan yang ditemui. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 10 strategi yang kemudian diturunkan ke dalam 15 program untuk dilaksanakan dalam waktu 5 tahun.

Completeness of documentation generated from the software development life cycle is essential to be met so that the risks which impacting the slow handling of an incident or problem can be minimized. Based on the data, XYZ Organization is unable to meet the completeness of the documentation on most of the developed software over the last 3 years. One reason is because the software quality assurance SQA , which audit the work products is one of its activities, not implemented in most of the software development process.This study aims to formulate strategies to improve the implementation of SQA in XYZ that can be applied to the whole of software development. Strategy formulation using gap analysis by comparing the future conditions through the analysis of objectives rsquo s Critical Success Factors CSF and current conditions from the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat SWOT analysis through Focus Group Discussion FGD.The strategy formulation also used TOWS Matrix method in which the SWOT rsquo s factors are ranked first by using Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP calculation. The strategy developed validated with the speakers who involved in FGD so that the strategies can actually answer the problems."
