"Penelitian ini melihat perbedaan dari kinerja operasional abnormal yang dialami perusahaan-perusahaan non-keuangan di Indonesia yang melakukan open-market share repurchase selama periode 1999-2011. Secara lebih mendalam, penelitian ini juga melihat pengaruh dari adanya financial constraint pada perusahaan terhadap perubahan kinerja operasional abnormal perusahaan tersebut. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan, rata-rata kinerja operasional abnormal perusahaan secara signifikan berbeda saat sebelum dan setelah share repurchase, baik pada perusahaan non-financially constrained maupun perusahaan financially constrained. Adanya financial constraint secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh negative terhadap perubahan kinerja operasional abnormal perusahaan dalam kurun waktu delapan kuartal setelah share repurchase.

This study examines the abnormal operating performance difference of non-financial company which announced open-market share repurchase during 1999-2011 in Indonesia. Furthermore, this also examine the influence of financial constraints towards the change of abnormal operating performance within eight quarters after they repurchased their shares. They display significance difference of abnormal operating performance after the repurchase program. The existence of financial constraint in the company significantly influenced the change of their abnormal operating performance negatively which affect financially constrained companies to perform poorer than non-financially constrained companies after share repurchase program."

"Kenyamanan dalam berkendara merupakan salah satu hal penting yang dikembangkan pada industri otomotif. Salah satu komponen yang memegang peranan penting dalam memberikan rasa nyaman bagi pengemudi saat berkendara adalah sistem suspensi, salah satu jenisnya adalah sistem suspensi semi-aktif. Sumber tenaga eksternal tidak diperlukan pada sistem suspensi semi aktif dimana nilai damping coefficient dapat diubah untuk mengendalikan disipasi energi pada damper. Karakteristik sistem suspensi semi-aktif yang hanya dapat mendisipasikan energi menjadi constraint sinyal kendali sesuai dengan state dari sistem. Kontur jalan juga menjadi gangguan pada sistem suspensi yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja sistem, oleh karena itu diperlukan pengendali yang prediktif.
Pengendali model predictive control (MPC) dengan constraint digunakan untuk mengendalikan sistem suspensi semi-aktif diskrit hasil identifikasi dari sistem kontinu dengan menggunakan metode identifikasi least square. Perancangan pengendali MPC dilakukan dengan menentukan panjang prediction horizon, control horizon serta matriks bobot Q dan R. Uji pengendalian sistem suspensi semi-aktif menggunakan pengendali MPC dengan constraint dilakukan dengan mengamati kinerja pengendalian perpindahan sprung mass dari sistem suspensi semi-aktif dengan road profile sebagai gangguan sistem. Hasil pengendalian sistem suspensi semi-aktif kontinu dengan half car model yang dilakukan dengan simulasi menunjukkan kinerja pengendalian perpindahan sprung mass yang baik untuk berbagai jenis road profile.

Ride comfort is one of the important things in automotive industry. The component which took the responsibility in ride comfort are suspension system, one of them is semi-active suspension. An external power source is not needed in semi-active suspension system where the damping coefficient value is adjusted to control the amount of dissipated energy by damper. The characteristics of semi-active suspension system which only can dissipate energy become constraints to control signal appropriate with the state of system. The height of road surface also affect suspension system?s performance as disturbances so in order to overcome that problem a predictive controller is needed.
Controller with model predictive control (MPC) strategy with constraints is used to control discrete semi-active suspension system from identification result of continuous system by using least square identification method. Design of MPC controller is done by determine the length of prediction horizon, control horizon and weight matrix Q and R. The test of semi-active suspension system control using MPC controller with constraints is determined by sprung mass displacement control performance of semi-active suspension system with road profile as disturbances. Simulation result of the control of continuous semi-active suspension system with half car model show that the sprung mass displacement control performance is good for many kinds of road profiles.

"This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Principles and Practice of Constraint Programming (CP 2012), held in Québec, Canada, in October 2012. The 68 revised full papers were carefully selected from 186 submissions. Beside the technical program, the conference featured two special tracks. The former was the traditional application track, which focused on industrial and academic uses of constraint technology and its comparison and integration with other optimization techniques (MIP, local search, SAT, etc.) The second track, featured for the first time in 2012, concentrated on multidisciplinary papers, cross-cutting methodology and challenging applications collecting papers that link CP technology with other techniques like machine learning, data mining, game theory, simulation, knowledge compilation, visualization, control theory, and robotics. In addition, the track focused on challenging application fields with a high social impact such as CP for life sciences, sustainability, energy efficiency, web, social sciences, finance, and verification."

"Tingkat kekuasaan pada stakeholder menjadi salah satu faktor terbesar dalam menentukan kesuksesan proyek yang terlihat pada hasil akhir. Tujuan dari skripsi ini membahas tentang bagaimana tingkat pengaruh stakeholder terhadap keberhasilan proyek ditinjau dari aspek biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Pengambilan data skripsi, melalui studi literatur, studi lapangan, dan studi wawancara yang menghasilkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Telah dilakukan pengambilan data pada studi kasus Gedung IT Mandiri Bumi Slipi dengan respon stakeholder sebanyak 21 orang. Data kuantitatif didapatkan dari hasil penilaian skala likert yang kemudian diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS dan diagram power-interest grid. Hasil perthitungan, tingkat tertinggi dari kekuatan dan kepentingan stakeholder proyek dalam aspek biaya ditempati oleh manajemen konstruksi, aspek mutu oleh owner, dan aspek waktu oleh manajemen konstruksi. Stakeholder ini dapat memberikan atau membuat keputusan yang berdampak pada hasil akhir proyek. Peranan dan klasifikasi masing-masing stakeholder didapatkan dari data kualitatif hasil wawancara. Dengan menggunakan analisis NICE (needs, interest, concern, dan expectation) yang direduksi untuk mendapatkan kata kunci sebagai parameter referensi kajian teori. Pada Gedung IT Mandiri Bumi slipi, didapatkan stakeholder owner, manajemen konstruksi, dan kontraktor dengan tingkat kekuatan dan kepentingan tertinggi ini berada pada klasifikasi stakeholder kunci yang terikat dengan segala kegiatan berjalannya proyek.
......The level of power on stakeholders is one of the biggest factors in determining the success of the project as seen in the final results. The purpose of this thesis is to discuss how the level of influence of stakeholders on the success of the project in terms of cost, quality, and time. Retrieval of thesis data, through literature studies, field studies, and interview studies that produce quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection has been carried out on the case study of the Mandiri IT Bumi Slipi Building with 21 stakeholder responses. Quantitative data was obtained from the Likert scale assessment results which were then processed with the SPSS application and the power-interest grid diagram. As a result of the calculation, the highest level of strength and interest of project stakeholders in the cost aspect is occupied by construction management, the quality aspect is occupied by the owner, and the time aspect is occupied by construction management. These stakeholders can provide or make decisions that have an impact on the final outcome of the project. The roles and classifications of each stakeholder were obtained from the qualitative data from the interviews. By using NICE analysis (needs, interests, concern, and expectations) which is reduced to get keywords as reference parameters for theoretical studies. In the Mandiri Bumi Slipi IT Building, it was found that stakeholder owner, construction management, and contractor with the highest level of power and interest were in the classification of key stakeholders who were bound by all the activities of the project."
