"Perubahan kinerja akibat dari lingkup non excusable merupakan situasi yang tidak dapat dihindari pada tahap pelaksanaan suatu proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor non excusable yang berprioritas memiliki risiko pada kinerja proyek baik biaya dan waktu. Survei dilakukan dengan sasaran responden adalah kontraktor yang pernah mengerjakan proyek pembangunan stasiun daerah di kantor X. Dan hasil penelitian dikaji dengan Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk mengetahui faktor non excusable yang paling berprioritas. Didapatkan bahwa keterlambatan pengiriman material menjadi faktor yang paling beresiko mengakibatkan perubahan kinerja proyek. Respons resiko yang tepat adalah dengan adanya pengawasan dan kontrol yang baik disetiap proses proyek baik dari tahapan perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan.
Changes in performance due to the scope of non excusable is a situation that can not be avoided in the implementation phase of a project. The purpose of this research is to investigate the non excusable factors that has priority of risk on project performance of both cost and time. The survey was conducted with the target of respondents are the contractor who worked on development projects in the office of the X station. The results analyzed by the Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP), to investigate the most priority of non excusable factors. The delay in delivery of material was found out to became the risk factors which lead to the changes in project performance. The appropriate risk response are the presence of good surveillance and control at each phase of the project process from planning to implementation."

"Penelitian ini akan membahas identifikasi risiko ndash; risiko yang dapat terjadi apabila seorang Manajer Lapangan Pelaksanaan Konstruksi Bangunan tidak kompeten. Tahapan penelitian ini antara lain : melakukan studi literatur tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang Manajer Lapangan Pelaksanaan Konstruksi Bangunan, validasi para pakar untuk komponen kompetensi yang akan dijadikan kuisioner beserta risiko ndash; risiko pada tiap elemen kompetensi, melakukan survey berupa kuisioner terhadap 35 responden berdasarkan data yang telah divalidasi pakar, melakukan proses pengolahan data kuisioner menggunakan software SPSS dan mengidentifikasi risiko ndash; risiko dominan dengan metode AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process , dan yang terakhir adalah interview pakar untuk validasi risiko ndash; risiko dominan tersebut serta memperoleh tanggapan dari pakar mengenai respon terhadap risiko ndash; risiko tersebut baik yang korektif maupun yang preventif untuk meningkatkan kinerja seorang Manajer Lapangan Pelaksanaan Konstruksi Bangunan.
This research will discuss the identification of risks that can occur when a Site Manager for Building incompetent. Stages of this research are to study literature duties and responsibilities of a Site Manager for Building, validation by experts to competency components that will be used as a questionnaire along with risks on each competency elements, conduct a survey in the form of a questionnaire to 35 respondents based on the data that has been validated by experts, perform questionnaire data processing using SPSS software and identify dominant risk with AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process method, and for the last stage is to interview experts regarding the responses to the risks, either corrective or preventive responses for performance improving of a Site Manager for Building."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab keterlambatan jadwal serta mengusulkan strategi mitigasi untuk kegiatan engineering, procurement, construction, dan commissioning proyek panas bumi Lumut Balai Unit-2 yang dikelola oleh Pertamina Geothermal Energy. Studi ini menggunakan kombinasi metode identifikasi risiko yang didukung oleh literatur dan masukan profesional. Risiko dievaluasi menggunakan kerangka penilaian berdasarkan probabilitas dan dampak waktu, kemudian diproses melalui simulasi Monte Carlo untuk memodelkan ketidakpastian jadwal. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada satu aktivitas yang secara dominan memengaruhi risiko jadwal, namun berbagai aktivitas menunjukkan sensitivitas sedang, terutama yang berkaitan dengan supervisi, tenaga kerja, dan pengujian. Analisis Schedule Sensitivity Index (SSI) dan Risk Duration Tornado mengindikasikan bahwa risiko yang memengaruhi banyak aktivitas seperti kurangnya supervisi, kekurangan pekerja, dan target commissioning tidak tercapai memiliki dampak lebih besar dibanding keterlambatan tugas individual. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa mitigasi risiko jadwal yang efektif sebaiknya difokuskan pada risiko yang berdampak luas serta penyesuaian ulang aktivitas kritis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada manajemen risiko proyek dengan mengintegrasikan simulasi probabilistik dan penilaian ahli dalam perencanaan infrastruktur panas bumi.
This research aims to analyze the causes of schedule delays and propose mitigation strategies for the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the Lumut Balai Unit-2 geothermal project, managed by Pertamina Geothermal Energy. The study employs a combination of risk identification methods, supported by literature and professional input. Risks are evaluated using a scoring framework based on probability and time impact, which are then processed through Monte Carlo simulation to model schedule uncertainty. The simulation results reveal that while no single activity dominates the schedule risk, a wide range of activities exhibit moderate sensitivity, particularly those related to supervision, labor, and testing. Schedule Sensitivity Index (SSI) and Risk Duration Tornado analysis indicate that risks affecting multiple activities such as lack of supervision, worker shortages, and commissioning target not met are more impactful than isolated task delays. The findings suggest that effective schedule risk mitigation should focus on project wide affecting risks and readjustment of critical activities. This study contributes to the field of project risk management by integrating probabilistic simulation and expert judgment in geothermal infrastructure planning."
