"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai aspek hukum perjanjian antara dokter gigi spesialis ortodonti dan pasien dalam hal tindakan perapihan gigi di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif. Perawatan ortodonti ini termasuk dalam resultaatsverbintenis karena dokter gigi spesialis ortodonti tidak menjanjikan sebuah kesembuhan kepada pasien, melainkan menghasilkan sesuatu seperti yang telah diperjanjikannya. Hasil penelitian menyarankan informed consent menjadi salah satu syarat seorang dokter gigi spesialis ortodonti untuk melakukan perawatan. Hal ini sangat berhubungan dengan tanggung jawab profesional menyangkut perjanjian perawatan.

This thesis discusses the legal aspects of the agreement between the dentist and the patient's orthodontic specialist in dental Hospital for dental maintenance. This Thesis is qualitative and descriptive research. Orthodontic treatment was included in the resultaatsverbintenis because a specialist orthodontist not promises to cure patients, but rather produce something as he had promised. The results suggest that informed consent to be one of the requirements of a orthodontics for maintenance. It is related to professional responsibility regarding the maintenance agreement."
