"Mahasiswa tingkat pertama yang harus beradaptasi selama tahun pertama kuliah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi seimbang bukan merupakan hal yang dapat dilakukan dengan mudah. Pola makan dari hal tersebut harus diperhatikan mahasiswa tingkat pertama adalah dalam aspek jenis makanan, jumlah dan frekuensi yang dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada mahasiswa tingkat pertama di Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan UI dengan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola makan. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti adalah jenis kelamin, agama, suku, tempat tinggal, uang saku, aktivitas, pengetahuan gizi, dan sikap gizi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola makan mahasiswa tingkat pertama Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan UI. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis deksriptif korelatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional, dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling dan melibatkan 216 mahasiswa. Hasil analisis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji Chi square dan Spearman untuk variabel sikap gizi yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara jenis kelamin dengan pola makan (p = 0,001); dan ada hubungan signifikan antara sikap gizi dengan pola makan (p = 0,028). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pada, institusi pendidikan, dan orang tua untuk lebih memperhatikan pola makan mahasiswa khususnya mahasiswa di tingkat pertama dalam membentuk pola makan yang teratur sehingga mahasiswa mampu menjaga ketahanan vitalitas tubuh dan dapat melakukan kegiatan perkuliahannya dengan baik.

First-level students who must adapt during the first year of college in meeting balanced nutritional needs are not things that can be done easily. The dietary pattern of this must be considered by first-degree students in terms of the type of food, the amount and frequency consumed. This study focuses on first-level students in the UI Health Sciences Cluster by knowing the factors that influence diet. The factors studied were gender, religion, ethnicity, place of residence, allowance, activity, nutritional knowledge, and nutritional attitudes. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the diet of first-level students of the UI Health Sciences Cluster. This research is, quantitative research with correlative descriptive type using cross-sectional approach, with proportional stratified random sampling technique and involving 216 students. The results of the research analysare using the Chi square and Spearman test for nutritional attitude variables which showed that there was a significant relationship between gender and diet (p = 0.001); and there is a significant relationship between nutritional attitudes and diet (p = 0.028). This study recommends that educational institutions and parents pay more attention to the diet of students, especially students at the first level in forming a regular diet so that students are able to maintain the resilience of vitality of the body and can do their lectures well."

Perubahan pada lingkungan makanan dapat mempengaruhi pola makan hingga
meningkatkan resiko obesitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplor lingkungan
makanan (paparan promosi makanan dan pemilihan tempat belanja) dalam
kaitannya perubahan pola makan perempuan dewasa di area kumuh perkotaan.
Studi cross-sectional pada 200 perempuan usia 19-50 tahun telah dilakukan di
Kelurahan Kampung Melayu. Pola makan di evaluasi dengan Analisis Cluster dan
Analisis Factor. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pola makan perempuan dewasa di
area kumuh perkotaan tidak berasodiasi dengan promosi makanan (durasi
menonton TV dan frekuensi melihat penawaran spesial), melainkan berasosiasi
dengan pemilihan tempat belanja

changes to food environment influence the dietary pattern. This study aimed to
examine the association of food marketing exposure and food store choice toward
dietary pattern among urban slum women. A cross-sectional study with 200
women (aged 19-50 years) was conducted in Kampung Melayu village. Dietary
pattern was analyzed by Cluster and Principal Component Analysis. This results
show that food store choice, instead of food marketing exposure (TV viewing and
frequency of seeing special offer), contributed to certain dietary pattern of urban

Weight cycling merupakan suatu siklus berulang dari penurunan berat badan yang disengaja melalui diet yang diikuti oleh peningkatan berat badan kembali yang tidak disengaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan proporsi weight cycling berdasarkan keseimbangan asupan makro saat diet, frekuensi makan, dukungan sosial, aktivitas olahraga, dan tingkat stres pada model di tiga agency model terpilih di Denpasar, Bali tahun 2016. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 78 orang model wanita dari tiga agnecy model terpilih di Denpasar dengan rentang usia 19-25 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara semiquantitative food frequency questionnaire. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 62,8% model mengalami weight cycling dan sebesar 79,6% model tergolong dalam weight cycler tingkat ringan. Uji chi-square menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan proporsi weight cycling yang bermakna berdasarkan keseimbangan asupan makro saat diet (OR=10,000), frekuensi makan (OR=19,556), dukungan sosial (OR=9,738), aktivitas olahraga (OR=3,143 dan OR=13,750), dan tingkat stress (OR=1,600 dan OR=9,120) pada model di tiga agency model di Denpasar, Bali tahun 2016.

ABSTRACT
Weight cycling is a repetitive cycle of intentionally losing weight through diet followed by unintentionally weight regain. This study aims to determine the differences proportion of weight cycling based on macronutrient intake balance when dieting, eating frequency, social supports, exercise activities, and stress levels among models in three selected Model Agencies in Denpasar, Bali in 2016. The study design that used in this research is cross sectional study. This research involved 78 female models from three different selected agency in Denpasar, with an age range between 19-25 years old. The data was collected through questionnaire and interview of semiquantitative food frequency questionnaire. The study result showed 62,8% models experience weight cycling and 79,6% models are categorized to mild weight cyclers. Chi-square test show that there are significant differences in the proportion of weight cycling based on macronutrient intake balance when dieting (OR=10,000), eating frequency (OR=19,556), social supports (OR=9,738), exercise activities, (OR=3,143 dan OR=13,750) and stress levels (OR=1,600 dan OR=9,120) among models in three selected Model Agencies in Denpasar, Bali in 2016."

"Kebugaran kardiorespiratori rendah berhubungan dengan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular dan hipertensi. Kebugaran kardiorespiratori pekerja masih rendah. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori berdasarkan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT), Persen Lemak Tubuh (PLT), asupan gizi, aktivitas fisik, status merokok, dan kualitas tidur melalui Tes bangku 3 menit YMCA. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan PT Pos Indonesia Regional IV Jakarta pada April 2016. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan sampel 124 orang.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 44,4% karyawan tergolong tidak bugar. Uji chi square dan uji T-independent digunakan dalam analisis penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa IMT, PLT, asupan gizi energi, karbohidrat, dan zat besi/Fe memiliki perbedaan bermakna dengan kebugaran kardiorespiratori. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, karyawan disarankan untuk memantau IMT dan PLT secara berkala, meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, dan pola makan gizi seimbang.

Low cardiorespiratory fitness is associated with the risk of cardiovascular disease and hypertension. Cardiorespiratory fitness in workers is still low. This research aims to determine the difference in cardiorespiratory fitness status based on the Body Mass Index (BMI), body fat percentage, dietary intake, physical activity, smoking status, and quality of sleep. Cardiorespiratory fitness is measured by YMCA 3 minutes Step Test. The research was conducted on the employees of PT Pos Indonesia Regional IV Jakarta in April 2016. Study design that used in this research is cross sectional in 124 employees.
The results showed 44.4% of employees are classified as unfit. Chi-square and T-independent test are used in analysis. The analysis showed that BMI, body fat percentage, dietary intake of energy, carbohydrates, and iron give significant differences to cardiorespiratory fitness. Based on these results, employees are advised to monitor BMI and body fat regularly, increasing physical activity, and nutrition balanced diet.

"ABSTRAK
Prevalensi diabetes mellitus terus meningkat karena perubahan gaya hidup di masyarakat perkotaan. Prevalensi DM juga meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan usia. Oleh karena itu, perawat perlu memberikan intervensi dalam pengaturan makanan untuk lansia dengan DM. Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keefektifan pelaksanaan intervensi keperawatan pengaturan makanan pada Nenek S di Keluarga Bapak D dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan keluarga selama 7 minggu untuk menstabilkan kadar glukosa darah. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terjadi kestabilan glukosa darah pada Nenek S dari 226 mg/dL menjadi 172 mg/dL. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa pengaturan makanan DM dalam keluarga efektif dalam menjaga kestabilan gula darah. Perawat komunitas sangatlah penting untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan DM agar glukosa darah dapat terkontrol.

ABSTRAK
The prevalence of diabetes mellitus continues to increase due to lifestyle changes in urban communities. Diabetes also increased with increasing age. Therefore, nurses needed to provide intervention like food regulation for elderly with DM. This Paper aimed to illustrate the implementation of nursing interventions especially the food arrangements on Grandma S in Family Mr. D based on family nursing care for 7 weeks. The intervention had purposed to stabilize blood glucose levels. The results showed stability of blood glucose in Grandma S from 226 mg/dL to 172 mg/dL. Based on these results, it could be concluded that that the dietary management on eldery with DM in the family was effective to stabilize blood glucose level. Public health nurses had to provide family nursing care so blood glucose level can be controlled.;"

Pasien hemodialisis terjadi peningkatan setiap tahunnya di Indonesia. Manajemen hemodialisis salah satunya diet menjadi hal yang sulit untuk dipatuhi oleh pasien hemodialisis. Sulitnya mempertahankan kepatuhan terhadap rekomendasi diet membuat risiko malnutrisi meningkat juga pada pasien hemodialisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepatuhan kepatuhan diet dengan status gizi pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis. Desain penelitian in merupakan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 121 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk analisis statistik, hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi spearman. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu Renal Adherence Behavior Questionnaire untuk mengukur kepatuhan diet dialisis dan Subjevtive Global Assessment untuk mengukur status gizi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara kepatuhan diet dengan status gizi pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis p=0,127 . Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kepatuhan diet tidak memiliki hubungan dengan status gizi pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis. Meskipun demikian, pengkajian terhadap kepatuhan diet dan status gizi penting untuk dilakukan oleh perawat untuk mencegah terjadinya malnutrisi pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis.

<ABSTRACT
The increasing number of patients undergoing hemodialysis each year in Indonesia and the difficulty of maintaining adherence to dietary recommendations as one of dialysis management for patients undergoing hemodialysis make the risk of malnutrition increase in hemodialysis patients. This study aimed to determine the relationship between dietary adherence and nutritional status in patients undergoing hemodialysis. This research design was cross sectional with 121 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. For statistical analysis, the results of this study used spearman correlation test. Instruments used in this study, namely Renal Adherence Behavior Questionnaire to measure dietary adherence in hemodialysis patients and Subjevtive Global Assessment to measure nutritional status. The results showed that there was no relationship between dietary adherence and nutritional status in patients undergoing hemodialysis p 0.127 . The conclusion of this study is dietary adherence has no relationship with nutritional status in patients undergoing hemodialysis. However, assessment of dietary adherence and nutritional status is important for nurses to prevent malnutrition in patients undergoing hemodialysis. "

"Pendahuluan. Inflamasi yang dapat ditandai dengan peningkatan high sensitivity c-reactive protein dapat meningkatkan resiko penyakit degeneratif pada remaja. Hs-CRP dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor termasuk diet dan obesitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan kualitas diet, lingkar pinggang dan rasio lingkar pinggang-panggul terhadap high-sensitivity protein pada remaja.
Metode. Penelitian potong lintang yang melibatkan 219 remaja berusia 12-17 tahun yang tinggal di Surabaya dilaksanakan pada Bulan Januari – Agustus 2023. Kualitas diet dinilai dengan Healthy Eating Index (HEI) 2015 yang dihitung berdasarkan recall 24 jam selama 2 hari yang tidak berurutan. Lingkar pinggang dan lingkar panggul diukur menggunakan pita pengukur SECA® tapeline dengan akurasi 0,1 cm, sementara hs-CRP menggunakan particle-enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan kualitas diet, lingkar pinggang, rasio lingkar pinggang-panggul terhadap hs-CRP dengan mengontrol beberapa faktor perancu. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) digunakan untuk analisis jalur efek berbagai variabel terhadap hs-CRP.
Hasil. Rata-rata skor HEI 2015 subjek adalah 48.8± 10.3. Sebanyak 57.1% subjek memiliki kualitas diet yang buruk. Proporsi remaja dengan obesitas sentral dan obesitas abdominal sebanyak 25,1% dan 32,9%. Rata-rata hs-CRP adalah 1.71 ± 2.53 mg/L. Lingkar pinggang berhubungan dengan kadar hs-CRP (adjusted β=0.450; 95% CI = 0.444 - 0.456), namun rasio lingkar pinggang-panggul (adjusted β = 0.274; 95% CI =-0.929 - 1.476) dan kualitas diet (β=-0.017; 95% CI =-0.050 - 0.016) tidak berhubungan dengan hs-CRP walaupun telah dikontrol dengan faktor perancu. Analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efek lingkar pinggang dengan arah positif terhadap kadar hs-CRP pada remaja.
Kesimpulan dan Saran. Lingkar pinggang lebih memiliki efek dengan kadar hs-CRP jika dibandingkan dengan kualitas diet dan rasio lingkar pinggang-panggul. Pengukuran lingkar pinggang secara rutin perlu dilakukan untuk skrining dini risiko inflamasi pada remaja.

Inflammation can be characterized by an increasing level of highsensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), which can promote the risk of noncommunicable disease in adolescents. Hs-CRP is affected by various factors, including diet and obesity. We investigated the associations of dietary quality score, waist circumference, and waist-to-hip ratio profile with hs-CRP. Methods. A cross-sectional study involving 219 school-going adolescents aged 12-17 years, living in Surabaya was conducted from January to August 2023. Diet quality was assessed by the Healthy Eating Index (HEI) 2015, calculated from two non-consecutive days of 24 hours recalls. Waist and hip circumference were measured by SECA® tapeline with an accuracy of 0.1 cm. Hs-CRP was assessed by using a particle-enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the association of dietary quality, waist circumference, and waist-hip ratio (WHR) with HsCRP while controlling for confounding factors. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to determine the pathways of the mediator's effect on hs-CRP. Results. Most of the subject was female, in the 15-17 years age group, the puberty stage based on breast or genital development was stage 4. Most adolescents had low physical activity and poor sleep quality. The average HEI 2015 score was 48.8± 10.3. The majority of subjects had poor diet quality. The mean of hs-CRP was 1.71 ± 2.53 mg/L. The proportion of adolescents with central and abdominal obesity were 25.1% and 32.9%, respectively. Waist circumference was associated with hs-CRP (adjusted β=0.450; 95% CI = 0.444 - 0.456). However, the waist-to-hip ratio (adjusted β = 0.274; 95% CI =-0.929 - 1.476) and HEI 2015 score (β=-0.017; 95% CI =-0.050 - 0.016) were not associated with hs-CRP, even after accounting for confounding factors. The pathway analysis showed that the waist circumference variable has a positive significant effect on hs-CRP. Conclusion and Recommendation. Waist circumference is a mediator of hs-CRP compared to the waist-to-hip ratio and diet quality score. Routine waist circumference measurement as a screening tool for inflammation risk must be conducted in adolescents"
