"[ABSTRAKPerseteruan antara KPK dan POLRI merupakan salah satu kejadian yang menimbulkan gejolak politik dan sosial karena menyangkut komitmen dan dukungan terhadap upaya pemberantasan korupsi sehingga keberhasilan penyelesaiannya sangat berpengaruh pada image dan dukungan publik pada pemerintah. Dengan menggunakan teori dramatisme, penelitian ini mendeskripsikan aspek dramatik dalam retorika Presiden Jokowi dan Presiden SBY dalam menyelesaikan konflik KPK – POLRI. Dalam dramatisme, retorika dianalisis berdasarkan lima elemen dramatistik (dramatisic pentad) yaitu scene, act, agent, agency dan purpose sehingga dapat diketahui konteks (guilt) dan menilai motif (motives) yang mendasari retorika tersebut serta elemen apa yang menjadi kunci persuasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola retorika tidak ajeg, tetapi mengikuti guilt yang dialami. Ketidakajegan tersebut dapat dilihat dari bagaimana Presiden menentukan kelima unsur dramatistic pentad dalam retorikanya serta unsur-unsur mana yang ditonjolkan sebagai kunci persuasi.

ABSTRACTThe enmity of KPK and POLRI is one of the most intensious political and social event because of its importance for struggling of corruption erradiction. Its solution will have great impact on government image and public support. By using dramatism theory, this research describes the dramatic aspects of rhetoric of President SBY and President Jokowi in resolve the conflict. "Mother マザー adalah film drama Jepang berdasarkan kisah nyata yang disutradarai oleh Tatsushi Omori yang menceritakan seorang boshi-katei, Akiko, yang gemar berjudi dan memiliki seorang anak bernama Shuhei. Hubungan Akiko dan Shuhei sepanjang film tidak menunjukkan kasih sayang antara ibu dan anak, melainkan hubungan yang tampak adalah codependent. Akiko juga sering menyuruh Shuhei untuk melakukan hal yang menyimpang seperti mencuri dan membunuh demi mendapatkan uang. Berdasarkan hal itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan amae yang gagal oleh karakter Akiko dan Shuhei yang direpresentasikan dalam film Mother マザー. Penulis menggunakan teori amae milik Takeo Doi dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis yang berfokus pada berbagai adegan dan dialog. Film ini menggambarkan amae yang terwujud adalah amae yang gagal antara boshi-katei dan anaknya. Film ini juga menyoroti bagaimana amae yang terjadi memiliki kaitannya dengan on dan giri serta menjadi wacana pendukung pada realita di masyarakat Jepang kontemporer. ......Mother マザー is a Japanese drama movie based on a true story directed by Tatsushi Omori that tells the story of a boshi-katei, Akiko, who likes to gamble and has a son named Shuhei. Akiko and Shuhei's relationship throughout the movie does not show the affection between mother and son, but rather a codependent relationship. Akiko also often tells Shuhei to do deviant things such as stealing and killing for money. Based on that, this study aims to describe the failed amae by the characters Akiko and Shuhei represented in the movie Mother マザー. The author uses Takeo Doi's amae theory and then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method that focuses on various scenes and dialogues. The film depicts amae that materializes as a failed amae between the boshi-katei and her son. The movie also highlights how amae that occurs has a connection with on and giri and becomes a supporting discourse on reality in contemporary Japanese society."

"Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, keberhasilan narasi dapat diartikan sebagai pembuktian atas efektifitas penggunaan strategi retorika. Di antara teknik yang digunakan sebagai strategi dimaksud salah satunya ialah penggunaan komedi seperti sindiran maupun perbandingan. Seiring meluasnya konten bertema komedi politik di media sosial, dapat diasumsikan bahwa pemanfaatan teknik komedi kerap kali diimplementasikan dalam suatu narasi kritik.  Melalui observasi pada platform media sosial Instagram, Bintang Emon merupakan komedian tunggal yang berfokus pada pembuatan konten bermuatan kritik sosial. Penelitian ini berupaya menjelaskan bagaimana strategi retorika, serta motif yang mendasari narasi kritik sosial oleh komedian tunggal Bintang Emon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis retorika terhadap konten bertema kritik sosial pada laman Instagram @bintangemon kurun waktu Tahun 2022 sampai dengan Tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa narasi kritik Bintang Emon pada laman Instagram dilandasi motif untuk menyampaikan pandangan mengenai perilaku korupsi serta penyalahgunaan kekuasaan yang dilakukan oleh oknum pejabat publik. Melalui bingkai komedi, narasi Bintang Emon juga menampilkan pola pijakan karakter yang adaptif terhadap situasi dramatis yang dihadapi, dengan mengacu pada tema sentral mengenai kemampuan seseorang dengan posisi tertentu (pejabat) dalam menentukan pilihan dalam situasi tertentu.......Based on previous research, narrative success can be interpreted as proof of the effectiveness of using rhetorical strategies. One of the techniques used as a strategy is the use of comedy such as satire or comparison. As political comedy-themed content spreads on social media, it can be assumed that the use of comedy techniques is often implemented in critical narratives. Through observations on the social media platform Instagram, Bintang Emon is a standup comedian who focuses on creating content containing social criticism. This research seeks to explain the rhetorical strategies and motives that underlie the narrative of social criticism by comedian Bintang Emon. This research uses a rhetorical analysis method for content with the theme of social criticism on the Instagram page @bintangemon for the period 2022 to 2023. The results of the research show that the narrative of Bintang Emon's criticism on the Instagram page is based on the motive of conveying views regarding corrupt behavior and abuse of power committed by public officials. Through a comic frame, Bintang Emon's narrative also displays character patterns that are adaptive to the dramatic situations faced, by referring to the central theme regarding the ability of a person in a certain position (an official) to make choices in certain situations."
