"Obat sebagai salah satu sediaan farmasi yang sangat penting dalam upaya peningkatan kesehatan. Ketersediaan obat perlu dikelola secara efektif dan efisien untuk mencegah kejadian kekosongan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian stockout obat di fasyankes adalah pendistribusian obat yang kurang efektif dan ketersediaan obat di distributor. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan pemenuhan kebutuhan obat pelanggan yang dilayani oleh PT.SamMarie Tramedifa, serta menentukan aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi ketidakmampuan pemenuhan kebutuhan obat pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode cross sectional retrosfektif berupa Surat Pemesanan Barang (SPB) baik yang berasal dari pelanggan PT.SamMarie Tramedifa serta data barang tertolak pada periode Juni 2022. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan pemenuhan kebutuhan obat pelanggan yang dilayani oleh PT.SamMarie Tramedifa belum mencapai 100%. Hanya 3 (tiga) outlet yang pemenuhannya telah mencapai 100% yaitu outlet Skin 3 Klinik, Bintaro Women and Childern Clinic (BWCC), dan PT.Guna Abdi Wisesa. Beberapa aspek yang mempengaruhi ketidakmampuan pemenuhan kebutuhan pelanggan oleh PT.SamMarie Tramedifa ialah aspek mayor (barang kosong di warehouse, perpindahan software, jumlah stok obat pada software, barang dengan expired date (ED) dekat, barang dengan kode obat baru, barang untuk pelanggan tertentu) dan aspek minor (discontinue barang dan lock distributor utama).

Medicine as a pharmaceutical preparation is very important in efforts to improve health. Drug availability needs to be managed effectively and efficiently to prevent vacancies. One of the factors that influence the occurrence of drug stockouts at health facilities is the ineffective distribution of drugs and the availability of drugs at distributors. This analysis aims to determine the level of ability to meet customer drug needs served by PT.SamMarie Tramedifa, as well as determine the aspects that affect the inability to meet customer drug needs. Data was collected using a retrospective cross-sectional method in the form of Goods Order Letters (SPB) both originating from customers of PT.SamMarie Tramedifa as well as data on rejected goods in the June 2022 period. The results of the analysis show that the level of ability to fulfillment customer drug needs served by PT.SamMarie Tramedifa has not reached 100%. Only 3 (three) outlets have reached 100% fulfillment, namely Skin 3 Clinic outlets, Bintaro Women and Childern Clinic (BWCC), and PT. Guna Abdi Wisesa. Some aspects that affect the inability to fulfill customer needs by PT.SamMarie Tramedifa are major aspects (empty items in the warehouse, software transfers, the amount of drug stock in the software, goods with a close expiry date (ED), goods with new drug codes, goods for certain customers ) and minor aspects (discontinue of goods and lock of main distributors)."

"Puskesmas merupakan salah satu bentuk unit pelayanan kesehatan. Persediaan obatobatan di puskesmas butuh pengelolaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian yang baik. Hal ini bertujuan untuk melindungi persediaan obat-obatan dari resiko kehilangan ataupun kerusakan. Ketersediaan obat di puskesmas penting karena persediaan obat adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan puskesmas. evaluasi ketersediaan item obat dan Inventory Turn Over Ratio sebagai bentuk pengendalian stok obat dalam pelayananan kefarmasian. Tingkat ketersediaan item obat di Puskesmas Cakung terdapat 31 item obat dengan ketersediaan <1 bulan (stok kosong), 48 item obat dengan ketersediaan 2-11 bulan (stok kurang), 115 item obat dengan ketersediaan 12-18 bulan (stok aman), dan 61 item obat dengan ketersediaan > 18 bulan. Inventory Turn Over Ratio (ITOR) obat di Puskesmas Cakung terdapat 21 obat dengan nilai perputaran yang baik / sesuai standar, 154 obat dengan perputaran yang rendah, dan 44 obat dengan perputaran yang tinggi.

The level of availability of drug items at the Cakung Community Health Center is 31 drug items with availability < 1 month (out of stock), 48 drug items with availability 2-11 months (low stock), 115 drug items with availability 12-18 months (safe stock), and 61 drug items with availability > 18 months. Inventory Turn Over Ratio (ITOR) for drugs at the Cakung Community Health Center there are 21 drugs with good turnover values / according to standards, 154 drugs with low turnover, and 44 drugs with high turnover."
