"Pada CPOB terdapat ketentuan dalam melakukan pengelolaan atau manajemen mutu obat. Dalam pelaksanaan pemastian mutu obat perlu dilakukan evaluasi rutin agar mutu obat yang dihasilkan serta proses yang dilakukan dapat tetap terjaga ataupun dapat diperbaiki. Evaluasi tersebut dilakukan dengan melakukan Pengkajian Mutu Produk (Product Quality Review) yang dilakukan setiap tahun dan didokumentasikan. Tujuan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mempelajari cara pembuatan serta melakukan penyusunan laporan Pengkajian Mutu Produk (Product Quality Review) obat pada industri farmasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengerjaan laporan ini yaitu dengan melakukan Pengkajian Mutu Produk (Product Quality Review) sesuai alur. Dari pembuatan tugas khusus ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembuatan Product Quality Review (PQR) di industri farmasi membutuhkan pengumpulan data dan dokumen dari berbagai aspek serta departemen guna mendapatkan hasil analisis data tren yang menyeluruh dan akurat sehingga dapat memantau produksi suatu produk pada periode pengkajian serta memberikan arah agar produksi di periode selanjutnya lebih baik dan terjaga.......At GMP there are provisions in managing drug quality. "Produk Cold Chain Product (CCP) memiliki persyaratan khusus untuk menjamin mutu produk baik dari tahap penerimaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian. Salah satu aspek penting dalam pendistribusian produk CCP adalah pengontrolan suhu produk dalam penyimpanan selama proses distribusi terjaga dalam rentang yang dipersyaratkan. Untuk memenuhi persyaratan kontrol suhu produk CCP, PT Enseval Megatrading Tbk menggunakan metode passive packaging dengan menggunakan wadah penyimpanan yang suhunya terkontrol dan termonitoring selama pengiriman. Pada pengemasan produk CCP secara passive, salah satu yang diperlukan adalah ice gel pack yang dikemas bersamaan dengan produk CCP di dalam suatu wadah yang sudah divalidasi. Untuk memastikan bahwa ice gel yang digunakan dalam proses distribusi produk CCP memiliki mutu yang baik maka dibutuhkan mesin Freezer yang telah melalui proses Kualifikasi mesin. Laporan ini akan berfokus terhadap pelaksanaan Kualifikasi Instalasi dan Kualifikasi Operasional terhadap salah satu mesin Freezer yang akan digunakan untuk membekukan ice gel.......Cold Chain Product (CCP) products have special requirements to guarantee product quality both from the reception, storage and distribution stages. To ensure that the ice gel used in the distribution process for CCP products is of good quality, a Freezer machine is needed that has gone through a machine qualification process. This report will focus on the implementation of Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification for one of the Freezer machines that will be used to freeze ice gel."
