The rise of drug abuse among students and students certainly needs serious attention. A strategic step is needed to overcome this demand problem, one of which is through character education and motivation. For this reason, this study aims to see the effect of character education and motivation on changes in behavior of drug abusers. The focus of this research was Depok Middle School students who had abused drugs. This study uses a quantitative approach through measuring instruments in the form of 53 items in the questionnaire, followed by a qualitative approach through mixed-methods explanatory. The sample used in this study amounted to 34 students using purposive sampling. The quantitative data obtained will be tested by multiple linear regression tests using the SPSS 23.0 application. Qualitative data obtained will be used as a complement to quantitative data. There are two findings in this study, where the first finding is that character education and motivation variables influence the behavior change variable by 59.7%. This means that there are still other variables that also affect behavior change by 40.3%. Through a qualitative approach, the author tries to explore other variables and found the second finding that there are social support variables that also influence behavior change but it is not yet known how much the social support variable influences behavior change.

......This study presents the results of EGSnrc Monte Carlo calculations of the dose distribution of Ir-192 brachytherapy HDR (High-Dose Rate) Microselectron Classic sources in water medium. Parameters of dose were calculated according to AAPM TG 43 recommendations such as air kerma strength, dose rate constant, radial dose function and anisotropy function. The results of calculations obtained air kerma strength (Sk/A) of 9.65 x 10-8 U.Bq-1 with dose rate constant (Λ) of 1.121 cGy.h-1.U-1. In clinical, brachytherapy generally used dose distribution from multi-sources. The dose distribution is mostly determined by the interval between sources. By taking reference dose at the point of the main axis at a distance of 1.0 cm from the source dose distribution started not homogeneous when the interval between sources ≥ 1.5 cm especially for r ≤ 1.0 cm.

There are unique challenges in the formulation, manufacture, analytical chemistry, and regulatory requirements of low-dose drugs. This book provides an overview of this specialized field and combines formulation, analytical, and regulatory aspects of low-dose development into a single reference book. It describes analytical methodologies like dissolution testing, solid state NMR, Raman microscopy, and LC-MS and presents manufacturing techniques such as granulation, compaction, and compression. Complete with case studies and a discussion of regulatory requirements.

This book focuses on the analysis of dose-response microarray data in pharmaceutical settings, the goal being to cover this important topic for early drug development experiments and to provide user-friendly R packages that can be used to analyze this data. It is intended for biostatisticians and bioinformaticians in the pharmaceutical industry, biologists, and biostatistics/bioinformatics graduate students.
Part I of the book is an introduction, in which we discuss the dose-response setting and the problem of estimating normal means under order restrictions. In particular, we discuss the pooled-adjacent-violator (PAV) algorithm and isotonic regression, as well as inference under order restrictions and non-linear parametric models, which are used in the second part of the book. Part II is the core of the book, in which we focus on the analysis of dose-response microarray data. All methodological issues in the book are illustrated using real-world examples of dose-response microarray datasets from early drug development experiments.
